Villa Cornelia is a majestic and prestigious home, one of a kind, featuring a private pool and a fenced-in park for the exclusive use of guests staying there.<br>Located in a typical Roero village just a few kilometres from Alba, with bars, restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets within walking distance, it is the ideal choice for groups of friends or multiple families. <br>Thanks to its spacious interior, the villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in 6 large double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, and features 6 bathrooms—each with a shower and toilet—spread across three floors. <br><br>Villa Cornelia is arranged over three levels (ground floor, ground floor, and second floor), connected internally by a stunning marble staircase.<br>Our guests will have access to all areas and will find: <br>- on the ground floor, a living room with a spacious dining area, a kitchen with an induction cooktop and a dining table for 12 people, and 2 bathrooms, both with showers. This space is ideal during the summer months, as it offers direct access to the garden with a pool. <br>On the ground floor: <br>- entrance leading to a spacious living room with a sofa area, dining table, TV, bookshelf, and air conditioning.<br>- a fully equipped kitchen with an additional dining table and everything needed for cooking (dishes, cutlery, glasses, refrigerator, oven, microwave, espresso machine, American-style coffee maker, kettle, induction cooktop, dishwasher) -<br>access to an interior terrace. <br>The large sleeping area, spread over two floors, consists of:<br>- 1st bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm), en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower, double sink, and two toilets; balcony. A/C<br>- 2nd bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm), study area with desk. Bathroom with hydromassage shower, A/C<br>- 3rd bedroom: suite with living area and TV, bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm), en suite bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony. <br>On the second floor:<br>- Relaxation and reading area with sofas<br>- 4th bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm)<br>- 5th bedroom: king-size bed (180 cm × 200 cm)<br>- 6th bedroom: double bed (160 cm × 200 cm).<br>Serving the three bedrooms on the second floor is a spacious bathroom with a large bathtub. <br>- On the ground floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer, ironing board, and iron.<br><br>Outside, guests can enjoy the large, private, fenced-in park and relax in the exclusive, spacious swimming pool.
