The room is divided by a traditional bricked arch, with the sitting area at the front and the kitchen/dining area at the back. The sitting area has been tastefully decorated with a sofa, Smart TV, open fireplace and antique furniture. In the kitchen, there is a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso machine.

On the lower terrace, there is a children’s play area, a wood-burning pizza oven and a shared BBQ. These are shared with the downstairs apartment.

Location
The house is wonderfully placed between the Valdichiana and the Val d\'Orcia, just 1km from the centre of the Etruscan town of Montepulciano. Montepulciano is world-famous for its excellent wine and there are many wine cellars where you can taste it. The historic centre is a medieval pearl rich in history and culture, events and traditions.

Other delightful day trips include Chianciano Terme (20 minutes), where you can pamper yourself with spa treatments; Pienza (20 minutes), a UNESCO world heritage site, at the beginning of the Val d\'Orcia and the city of Siena (50 minutes), one of the jewels of Tuscany, famous for the medieval joust, \"The Palio di Siena\", which is run on 2nd July and 16th August.

For fashion lovers the Valdichiana Outlet Village (25 minutes) is full of the biggest designer names at lower prices.
