This large apartment ( fully renovated, offers a pleasant, shining, fresh and convenient permanence in the core of Tuscany. It has two large bed rooms (25sqmt) with beds of 165x195cm(more than queen size for italian standards), two living rooms whose one with a large, new and fully equipped kitchen and smart monitor (Netflix, Youtube, No RAI). The other living room offers a sofa-bed. There are 2 independent toilette and balconies-terraces with sunny and shining view. Washing and dishes machine are provided. The two balconies-terraces have also place for drying as they enjoy plenty of sunshine. The apartment is placed in a central and quiet zone of Montepulciano. Very accessible and close to the historical part of Montepulciano (100mt.), the apartment is close to 2 large free parking (30mt.) and bus station (100mt.), therefore very easy for luggage transportation (first floor after only 6 steps). Also, it is very close to shopping and food markets, local market (Thursday) bars and restaurants.

Great location

Perfect place to explore Montepulciano

A beautiful, spacious apartment so convenient for exploring the beautiful town of Montepulciano. Elias was the perfect host - happy for us to arrive early and gave us really great tips for eating and things to do both in Montepulciano (we were lucky enough to be there for the postponed festival) and around about. My two boys (13 and 11) loved it too. Really helpful to have the free parking nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Well Located , appointed and clean

We had a wonderful stay in Montepulciano. The apartment was very clean spacious and well appointed . The apartment is a five minute walk to the entrance to the old town .There is shopping and a bar cafe very close .Elias , the owner , a thoughtful, intelligent young man provided us with some very good suggestions for day trips , wine bars , and restaurants . The location is excellent for day trips as well as exploring the old town . We stayed in three other locations in Italy and this apartment and location was the best . Our party of four is looking forward to the time that we can come back .

Best host EVER!!!!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful apartment and met the owner - Elias - we were blown away!!! The apartment is very very spacious, well appointed and VERY clean!!! Elias is the PERFECT host. He explained everything to us and helped with suggestions on restaurants and things to do and see. The apartment is 300m from the main entrance to the old town of Montepulciano, and we walked there in just a few minutes. There's FREE parking 50m from the apartment, and a great supermarket 150m from the apartment. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of being there. I can HIGHLY suggest this apartment for a perfect stay in Tuscany. Thank you VERY much Elias - you were the most wonderful host, and we LOVED your apartment. Ciao Robbie

FANTASTIC APARTMENT

Elias was very welcoming and gave us lots of information and welcoming drinks. There were 2 couples and there was so much room that we could get lost in the apartment. We did mention when we checked in the there was no jug or toaster (we are Australian) and within an hour Elias was back with a brand new jug and toaster. Great service. The apartment is a little uphill walk to the walled city but will keep you fit and there is a bus if you cannot walk it. Great bar at the top of the hill before you cross the road to the park. Great selection of wines. Elias had advised us to stay an additional night and see the parade through the village by candle light. This was one of the highlights of our stay well worth the extra day. We also visited Siena and Assisi during our stay. One night Elias met us for dinner at a local district restaurant and we ate with the locals. We had a great night. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone. Thanks again Elias.

Great location in Montepulciano

From the beginning the experience was outstanding. Our host was so helpful before arrival answering all questions and providing advice. Upon arrival he met us at the property to assist us getting settled not only in the apartment but in the town and surrounding areas. Providing us with things to do, see and places to eat which was so very helpful! Everything we did or everywhere we ate that he suggested were top notch. This location is perfect with an amazing cafe/bakery right next door, a pizza/gelato place right across the street (best gelato we had) and an outstanding steak house and restaurant right next door as well. It was also within walking distance to the local grocery store. We walked into the town almost every day and could have taken the bus if walking uphill is too hard for you. We also took day drives about every other day to surrounding towns suggested by the host which were all wonderful! Montepulciano you have our hearts forever! Thank you Elias for an amazing place to rest our heads and relax every day! I highly suggest this location to anyone interested in immersing yourself in the Italian culture!

Very good!

We were very satisfied with both the apartment, the location and the host. Close to the old town, a large grocery store 200 meters away, the bus station also close. and if you don't want to go to the old town for dinner, there are several restaurants in the same block. Elias was very easy to get in touch with and gave us many great tips about the city. The apartment was very well equipped and lacked nothing. We really recommend renting this apartment!

Great 3 week stay

We had a great stay in Elias’s apartment. Thanks for your advice and attention to detail in your apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We especially liked the location because the parking was convenient and we could easily drive out on our daily excursions without getting into any traffic. Great location to visit southern Tuscany and also trips to Arezzo, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno.Screens on the big sliding doors were so helpful. Apartment stayed cool even with the warm weather. The Perfect Stay in Montepulciano

This apartment was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a Vrbo stay. The host Elias met us and explained everything about the apartment, gave us advice on things to do, and was available for any questions or needs during the stay. The apartment itself is GORGEOUS and is in a great location for going into the center of Montepulciano and for accessing the main bus depot. Everything here was perfect and I can't recommend staying here enough!

Nice Apartment, Great Location

This apartment is in a nice location, within easy walking distance to historical Montepulciano. It is close to bakeries, restaurants and a nice grocery store. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment with 2 bathrooms, one much smaller than the other. The kitchen area is nice and well stocked. There is a table in the kitchen which comfortably seats 4 people, as well as a couch. There is another room, let's call it a study, that has seating and a big desk, but it's not a well lit space and isn't very conducive to group gatherings for playing games. We had to use the kitchen table for all our activities because that space is much brighter and much better lit. The apartment is quite secure with 2 entry doors requiring keys. The first is to the building itself, the second is to the apartment. Overall, a nice place for a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location for walking Montepulciano. Spacious two bedroom, two bath, well-stocked kitchen, large living/dining room (however, we didn't use as was hot weather; only kitchen/informal dining area and master bedroom have AC). Fabulous Stay in Tuscany

We spent 3 nights here in April 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Elias is very helpful and available for questions, recommendations, etc. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the location is within easy walking distance (uphill of course but it's Montepulciano) of the main sights and attractions. Amazing - will visit again

Elias was lovely and helpful. He showed me around the property and explained everything perfectly. The apartment was cosy and so nice for four people. We also had a great view when it snowed. Perfect location!!!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and plenty of space for another couple. The place was clean and so close to everything in montepulciano. There was free parking less than 50’ which was very convenient.
