Our Apartment is Located in an old Palace inside the Historical Center of Montepulciano and has Air Conditioning, several Modern Amenities and Comforts. It is a 5 minute walk from the Language School of IL SASSO. Our apartment is very spacious and has been renovated and furnished with new furniture. It has great working FIBER OPTIC WI-FI. It Has a New Kitchen With New Appliances Including Dishwasher, Stove,refrigerator and Washing Machine. There is also a DRYER in our apartment. There are High Ceilings throughout Apartment, 3 Matrimoniale Or Queen Sized Beds, Large Master Bedroom, Living Room and 2 Bathrooms. It is Centrally Located and Short Walking Distance to Shops, Restaurants and Cafes. Montepulciano Has Several Beautiful Museums, Churches, Palaces, Cantinas, Piazzas and Parks. It is also a 5 minute walk from the famous Language School IL SASSO where many of my guests have taken some of their courses to learn Italian. It's also a great location to visit other beautiful local Tuscan towns which are a short drive away.

Dorita, our host, was absolutely wonderful. She was extermely helpful in coordinating a number of reservations over the holidays. I highly recommend this accomodation.

We stayed in her two apartments in town, this one and the other one around the corner and they were absolutely amazing! The amenities were excellent, and the check-in process was seamless. Meeting the owner was the icing on the cake—she went out of her way to make everything perfect for us. The location couldn’t have been better, especially with the unexpected game festival happening in town, which made the stay even more special. The pictures truly do not do this listing justice, it is a BEAUTIFUL aparment with amazing views on both side. The cross breeze at night was so cool and some of the best sleep we had on our vacation. We had the most wonderful time and truly wished we could have stayed longer. We loved the city, and our host made the experience unforgettable!

Perfection in Montepulciano

Book this property! It is conveniently located in town, close to all shops and restaurants. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and immaculate. The view from the primary bedroom is incredible! Dorita is an excellent host, and is super friendly and helpful.

Dorita the homeowner is very helpful in providing suggestions for restaurants and wine tours. The apartment had everything our family needed. The only downfall is that it is not air conditioned. With all the windows open it was still 82 degrees at 2am. The apartment is within the city so it was noisy at night with the windows open. Wonderful location. Thank you Dorita for making your home available to our family.

What a rare delight —when reality exceeds the expectation! This lovely lodging, nestled in the fairy tail hill town of Montepulciano, is spacious and immaculately clean and well appointed. It has views of the cobble-stoned village on one side and sweeping views of the Tuscan countryside on the other. Jaw-dropping beauty! You will hear the church bells ring, and you will never want to leave. The host, Dorita, is delightful and attentive to ensure the needs of her guests are met — we appreciated her help in arranging for transportation during our stay.

Perfect location and stunning views

We loved this large spacious apt in the heart of Montepulciano! Everything is walkable. There are shops, restaurants, gelato, wine cellars, wine tastings, stunning views, cappuccinos and more. Dorita is a great communicator and even went out of her way to come say hello and meet us in town. The apartment is large and updated. The bathroom is huge and modern. There is a sitting area in the master bedroom and an entire huge living room to hang out in and a grand foyer when you enter. The views from the bedroom and kitchen are beyond words. There are some lists of highly recommended restaurants there for you to consider. There is also a local park and playground at the bottom of the hill. We drove our car to some other local towns and enjoyed the views of the rolling hills of Tuscany. I am glad we chose Montepulciano and this apt to be our home base for our vacation. Highly recommend!!

An AMAZING stay in Montepulciano

I have been to Montepulciano three times and each time it gets better. Dorita and Vincent were not only phenomenal hosts, but wonderful human beings. They did everything in their power to make us feel at home during our stay and their attention to every little detail was greatly appreciated, especially since we were travelling with a toddler and a newborn baby. The location was perfect for exploring the historic section of the city and extremely convenient to everything. Parking was easy and Dorita and Vincent showed us free parking convenient to the old city. We feared a long trek uphill with our luggage, but it was not far. The apartment itself was exquisite as was the view. We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast every morning overlooking the beautiful Tuscan hillside. The apartment was also quite spacious and very tidy. There are three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, which were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the apartment and the hosts so much, we decided to extend our vacation in Montepulciano an additional two days. We recommend this property to ANYONE travelling to Montepulciano and look forward to returning in the future!!!!

Awesome location and host!

This property is right above the Main Street in Montepulciano. The host, Dorita could not be more welcoming with the tour and offer to help. Originally New Yorkers they know how to set up a property. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Great location in beautiful town

The apartment is great. Quite large, well furnished and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring and very close to convenient free parking -a bonus in Italian villages! Views of the Tuscan countryside are wonderful and it’s fun to be in the middle of the town activities. Lots of nearby restaurants etc and very convenient food stores. Montepulciano is lovely and a great base for Tuscany and Umbria Thank you Dorita!

Couldn’t be in a better location

Our group included a couple using canes. The apartment being close to the entrance of old town enabled them to get to the car for our side trips & enjoy that part inside the walls. It’s also close to a small market, a store with vegetables, and a butcher.

Beautiful Apartment in beautiful town

Dorita was an amazing host. She was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, very clean and our family of four felt very comfortable there. Stunning apartment with gorgeous views

My husband, adult son and I enjoyed five nights in this lovely apartment. The apartment is inside the old city and right on the main street of the town. The apartment is very roomy, comfortable, and affords the most lovely Tuscan views from the master bedroom, dining room and kitchen. The other two bedrooms are over the main street (which is pretty quiet). Dorita was a gracious hostess, providing us with terrific recommendations and even taking time to secure reservations for us. Our stay in Montepulciano was delightful in every way!

Love Love Love!

An exceptional residence with a a superb host! Donita was a attentive host, she met us at the apartment and explained all the appliances, left us wine, made our dinner reservations, bought extra pillows and accommodated us with a late check out free of charge. Beautiful and convenient apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, conveniently located very close to the town wall. The views from the dining room and bedroom are breathtaking. FIRST CLASS VISIT

Dorita and her husband were the most gracious hosts. From the time we secured our reservation, Dorita was always available to answer pre-trip questions. They both met us upon arrival, making sure we were completely comfortable with everything. Their apartment is very modern, and everything was in perfect working order. We loved that Dorita had so much local information and brochures for us. It's the little things, like wine and bottled water, coffee pods for the machine, and bath soaps, that show the level of attention Dorita puts forth for her rentals. One of our all-time favorite places to rent! We hope to make a return trip, and we would only stay at Dorita's place.

I enjoy sharing our Apartment with Guests and seeing how much they love our place and our Town of Montepulciano. It has been very rewarding.

Why they chose this property

This property is very special. It is very spacious and it is located inside an Old Palace. It has so much History and Tuscan Details. The Views of the Tuscan Hillside from several rooms in the Apartment are spectacular!

What makes this property unique

We have updated our apartment with some modern comforts and items. We have Air Conditioning, a New Kitchen with a Dishwasher, New Queen Sized Beds with New Mattresses and Linens. There is a Washer and Dryer. We have one huge Full Bathroom and a second smaller Bathroom with a Shower. The apartment has 3 Bedrooms which is hard to find in Montepulciano. There is also a comfortable Living Room with a full sized Couch and a Love Seat. There is also a Large Flat Screen TV, plus great Fiber Optic WIFI.
