Lake view villa, ideal for watching the wildlife in and around lake. Own Pool/Jacuzzi area has extended decking, plenty of sun loungers, chairs and table ideal for al-fresco dining. POOL HEATING IS RECOMMENDED BETWEEN OCT- APRIL AND IS INCLUDED IN THE RATES SHOW.
Games room to keep kids and adults entertained with pool table, table tennis table, foos ball table, Roku TV.
Main Lounge Area with cable tv. Looks out to the pool and lake area.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, plenty of pots, pans, crockery. Kitchen nook with seating for two. Plastic plates and tumblers to take out around the pool area.
Dining Area with seating for 8.
Downstairs Master Queen bedroom en-suite, 2nd Master Bedroom en-suite, sea themed.
Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Upstairs Further Queen Bedroom, sea themed.

Great location

Carol's property was perfect for us. Close to restaurants, activities, stores etc. I wish we could have gotten more use of the pool but our daughter's softball schedule and the weather didn't allow for much down time. We did get to Busch Gardens on our off day and the drive was easy.

Our beautiful villa has an amazing view/position over looking the lake with ornamental fountain. In and around the lake watching the wildlife is wonderful. Watching the magnificent sunrise and sunset. In fact sometimes the sky is so clear, you can practically pick the stars out of the sky. I have seen many a shooting star. You know the saying wish upon a star.
