We are offering to rent our large Davenport, Florida home, equipped for a lengthy visit. The home is conveniently located near most major attractions and all the Disney Parks (Hwy 192). A one-hour drive in either direction takes you to the Atlantic coast or gulf. It is also close to Spring training camps for several MLB baseball teams. Great golf is everywhere. The property has lovely gardens and fruit trees. The house can comfortably sleep 8, in the king suite master, 2 queen suite bedrooms, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds. The large common living area has 3 sofas overlooked by the large open kitchen surrounded by a huge L-shaped breakfast bar with stools. Enjoy a game of ping-pong, darts, or air hockey in the games room. We are also equipped with a Sony PlayStation PS3 including a few select video games? Out back is a fully screened-in lanai with a huge 18'x40' pool. The house is equipped with WIFI. Most rooms have a Bluetooth alarm with USB charging port for your phones or devices.
Standard rental rates are US$140/night, US$175/night, during holidays, minimum 7 days. Rates are higher during the high/holiday seasons. Extra pool heat is $30/day and a propane BBQ grill is available at $10/day. We only rent to families, and not groups or teams. This is a smoking and pets-free vacation property. The villa is located in a small community with a tennis court and large community pool within a few minutes walking distance of our property.
