Snowbirds Rest @ Sandy Ridge is our recently renovated four (4) bedroom, three (3) bathrooms (includes 3 full baths) bungalow situated on the prestigious community of Sandy Ridge. The decor is modern, comfortable and pleasing to the eye.
The signature feature of Snowbirds Rest @ Sandy Ridge is the oversize heated pool overlooking a large peaceful pond PLUS a Star Wars themed games room The games room includes a foosball table, ping pong table, pool table for hours of added entertainment. Enjoy watching the sun rise as you sip your coffee under the covered patio. Alternatively, you can sneak in a relaxing swim at night after the kids have gone to sleep - our pool is lit up at night. We know staying connected with friends & family is important so we offer our guests free high speed wifi (600Mpbs) and free calling throughout North America.
There are 2 master bedrooms each with their own full ensuite and 55" smart TVs that you can cast your favourite shows onto. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each bedroom.
The open concept villa includes a combined living and dining room. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room and breakfast nook complete the living space by providing a comfortable setting to decompress from the day's events.
The bungalow is approximately 35 minutes west of Orlando International Airport. From the bungalow, your family is a mere 20 minute highway drive (only 1 traffic light) away from the Disney World entrance. The bungalow is 1 hour away from Tampa (Gulf Coast) and 1.25 hour away from Cocoa Beach (Atlantic Coast).
The surrounding area includes Target and 24hr Walmart within a 10 minute drive. There is a Publix supermarket within a 5 minute drive and the Vineland Premium Outlets is approximately 15 miles from the home.
Arrangement for the rental of other items (ie. BBQ, crib, etc) is available. Please message to inquire.
Pool heat is optional and available - fees apply. Cleaning fee will be charged for all stays.
