It has air conditioning in the kitchen-dining room area and in the main bedroom, ceiling fans in the other bedroomsVilla Luna is a villa that has a large fully consolidated garden area with a natural grass area, ornamental plants and fruit trees, terraces, a magnificent outdoor area with a pergola and barbecue, dining room, refrigerator, freezer, sink, outdoor bathroom and a large 11x6 meter private pool with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.The house is divided into three floors.On the ground floor we find a large living room, TV and sofas. Large fully equipped dining kitchen with air conditioning and a toilet. The entire ground floor is perfectly accessible, without architectural barriers.On the first floor we find three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (size 150x200 cm) and air conditioning. The second bedroom has a double bed with a ceiling fan and direct access to a large terrace. The third bedroom has two single beds with a ceiling fan. On this floor there is also the main bathroom of the house. On the same floor we find a nice terrace overlooking the garden.On the second floor we find a bedroom that has three single beds and magnificent views of the Sierra Nevada and the reservoir.
