The house boasts a privileged location at the end of Cra. del Darro, next to Paseo de los Tristes and directly across from the Alhambra, which is accessible on foot within 10–15 minutes. It is situated in an incredibly peaceful area, and you can drive directly to the house.
Just down the street from the house, there is a bus stop with regular service connecting the Albayzín to the city center, the Alhambra, and Sacromonte—all of which can also be easily reached on foot. A stroll along the banks of the Darro River will take you to the city center, the Cathedral, and other main monuments in just a few minutes.
The spectacular ski slopes of Sierra Nevada are less than an hour's drive away, as are Granada’s beaches.
For your convenience, a parking space is available just 300 meters from the house at a cost of €10 per night. Please provide the dimensions of your vehicle in advance to ensure the space is suitable and facilitate your arrival.
The extendable dining table can comfortably accommodate 6–8 people but can be extended to seat up to 12 upon request. Be sure to request the extension in advance when making your reservation to ensure ample space during your stay.

The house was amazing. Really atmospheric and a brilliant location. We loved the rooftop area with views directly over the Alhambra.Jaime and his team were friendly, helpful and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Granada. Everything was superb.
We absolutely loved everything about this place. I appreciate all the attention to details and spectacular architecture and design of the home. Location was perfect and evening parking was perfect. This place is one of the best places weve every stayed. Views, interior of the home, location, literally perfect!
Beautiful property easy to find and easy to access. The views are quite incredible and the and bathrooms are spacious and private. My only disappointment from r the pricew is that there was a lack of toiletries , personal touch, and other amenities, limited coffee, etc. so if you’re coming to stay for a few nights you’re not equipped as you would be in a hotel room or a hotel that offers additional services.

Regarding the amenities, we’d like to clarify that the bathrooms are equipped with hand towels, shower gel, hand soap, a hairdryer, and toilet paper. Additionally, as a welcome gesture, we provide 6 complimentary coffee capsules.
It’s important to note that our property is a vacation rental, and as such, it doesn’t offer the same services as a hotel, such as daily replenishment of products or personalized services. It’s designed to provide guests with a more independent and private experience. All the amenities and services we provide are clearly listed in the property description, and we always strive to be transparent so that our guests know what to expect.
Very charming property! Well equipped, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a really great location. It was a short walk to everything.We had a bad experience seeing Alhambra (which has nothing to do with this property, of course), but just want to warn anyone visiting, let the buyer beware. Once you get there, the grifters run amok on the property, and the official employees are the opposite of helpful. Really really disappointing, and different from other historic sites in Spain. Buy a good guide book, get your tickets well in advance, avoid the fake websites, and be prepared for zero assistance.
Great stay in the traditional neighborhood of Granada
This property is a modified Riad in the oldest neighborhood of Granada. You will be right next to the river and will have an amazing view of the Al Hambra from your balcony.
The location is fantastic. You will walk to the best restaurants and be right in the middle of the action - but on a quiet side street.
There are 4 floors, with the top floor an outside patio with views. The bedrooms are of good size. And the bathrooms are nice size.
The only negatives were: The hot water never got very hot for a nice shower. And I suspect that the air conditioning may be inadequate in the summer. But for our trip in November, the temperature was fine.
Really, this property is all about nice space in an amazing location.

I’d like to address the negative aspects you mentioned to clarify a few points.
Regarding the hot water, the property is equipped with an aerothermal system for water heating, complemented by an additional water heater for extra comfort. We always ask our guests if they need us to activate the extra heater, and in your case, you informed us that everything was fine during your stay. However, we’re sorry if this didn’t fully meet your expectations.
As for the house temperature, November in Granada typically has mild, autumnal weather. We adjust the aerothermal system according to the local climate to maintain a balance between comfort and energy efficiency. We understand that everyone perceives temperature differently, and naturally, summer temperatures are very different from those in November. That’s why the system is adapted seasonally.

Le style de la maison, la décoration, l'emplacement, la disponibilité du propriétaire "Jaime", la propreté des lieux. Tout était parfait. Une chose à savoir, la maison est située dans un quartier nécessitant des autorisations d'accès pour les véhicules. Pas de soucis: Jaime vous les obtient dans la journée même. En tant que professionnelle du tourisme, je vous recommande à 100% "la Casa Morayma".
