Our 3 bedroom townhouse is part of a beautifully landscaped community in the prestigious Dona Pepa area of Ciudad Quesada. Quesada is surrounded by golf courses, has its own water park and is only 10 minutes from many beautiful beaches.
The house overlooks an impressive shared swimming pool, and is equipped with all modern facilities, air-conditioning in all rooms, internet, TV, dishwasher, etc.
Ciudad Quesada makes up part of the Rojales area in the Southern province of Alicante on the Costa Blanca South. It is located just 7km from the nearest beautiful sandy beaches at Guardamar del Segura. It has its own bustling high street with many good restaurants, bars, shopping boulevards, supermarkets, petrol stations, medical centers, a, four star luxury spa hotel, Waterpark plus the beautiful La Marquesa golf course. The views from many parts of Ciudad Quesada are wonderful including, salt lake, mountain, countryside and even views of the Mediterranean sea

Was ok but would recommend a car as things are quite far away and theres a ant problem in the complex the place itself is clean and tidy just a let down witj the ant problem

Check in was good. The villa is lovely. Spacious and clean. Kitchen had plenty of everything needed. Great rooms and very comfy beds. Outside area was excellent. Lovely furnishings, loungers and it was a large comfortable outside area. Pool was cleaned regularly and everyone was nice that we met. Lovely area and close to supermarkets. Definitely be back next year. Owner even contacted us to say there might be ants about and how to treat them. Excellent!

Nice size property in a good location. Just needs a few minor repairs (e.g. wardrobe doors not opening/closing properly) and a little general maintenance. Other than that happy with the house

Lovely complex

House overlooks the pool which is lovely, with the veranda a relaxing place to admire the pool and gardens. The complex was quiet and well kept. Ideal location for local bars, restaurants and supermarket.

Fantastic Stay !

From the moment we enquired about the villa, the communications with Kim the owner were superb. The villa is really well equipped, especially for those with babies, with travel cot, high chair, changing mats and even a bin with toys to play with ! There are strict rules i the pool area about balls etc, which is understandable as there are residents as well as holiday makers there. Plenty of supermarkets (Aldi and Consum), and restaurants in walking distance. Unfortunately we had to cut short our holiday - but we would recommend any family to stay here.

The house was so dirty. It was nicotine stained, there was black mould and dirty tiles in bathroom. Greasy tiles in the kitchen. The downstairs bed was appalling, split fabric on the bed The bedding was stained, bobbly had holes and poor quality. It smelt so bad of smoke. The outside bushes were overgrown. When we complained I was told new bedding was coming next week as it was over 4 years old. Not great for us. The towels were new! They wasn’t they were thin, rough and grey white. The fridge freezer was dirty. It was overrun with ants inside and outside. We got bit by all sorts. We complained and told them we couldn’t stay it was so bad, the host wanted to send the cleaner round, I then read the review from the previous guest regarding their tyres being slashed, we was so worried about the consequences and our safety, we booked somewhere else early hours of the morning packed and left when it was light. I was accused of being a liar, but I have photo evidence. The host then told VBRO, we made the dirt! We would have had to smoke thousands of cigarettes for the nicotine stain, did we import the dust and grime! Please see photos. It’s a shame because it could be nice with a proper deep clean new bedding beds etc we were two ladies on our own and we really felt very vulnerable staying for our safety and health.

The house is cleaned after every rental (8–10 times during the summer), and a thorough deep cleaning was done just last month. Some areas may show a little wear – the house is about 20 years old – but we do our best to keep it clean, cozy, and well maintained. No one has smoked in the house since we bought it three years ago and carried out a complete “deep clean.” We repeat this deep cleaning every year to ensure a fresh and healthy indoor environment. Our local caretaker, who helps us look after the property, is 81 years old and truly the kindest person you could meet. He has been helping us for many years and would never dream of doing anyone harm. As a result of your feedback, we’ll be investing in new beds and replacing the bed linen and towels for next season. Review

The house was poorly maintained which we raised with the check in lady at the start and nothing was done while we was there for the whole time. Part of the front step was missing which was a safety issue and dangerous for my 2 young boys. Door handle was missing off the main door so couldnt shut it at all. The apartment was apparently cleaned but it hadnt been at all and had rubbish all over the baloney at the front the inside was full of dust and hairs all over the place. The kettle was unusable due to the amount of limescale in it. On top of this we had an infestation of Ants in the house all over the kitchen sides the bedroom upstairs etc. Lastly the fans was thick with dust and my son has asthma so couldnt be used. The location is fantastic but the house was not upto standards with regards to cleanliness.

We arrived 17th Aug, Joanne from merry maids sent her husband to open door, give keys and take 80. The alarm was beeping and the codes didnt work so we rang joanne who said she'd contact owner and ring us back. Looking round we noticed how dirty the place was inc the downstairs bed which had dirty marks and didnt look as though it had been changed. We went to aldi bought cleaning products returned to the property and rang jo back to tell her how dirty the place was and to ask about the alarm but no answer so we cleaned and slept on our beach towels till i could wash the bedding next day. When i did eventually hear from her the following afternoon i received a very patronising message saying i should have contacted her immediately and obviously couldn't even read a simple sign in the kitchen then, I replied stating the sign said 24 hours for problems and it hadn't been that yet and i tried to ring on the night but no answer, she said we dont work 24/7, to be honest didnt look like she'd worked at all judging by the filth. Tiles were greasy and dirty, floors filthy and internal doors. The muck on the bedroom fan was thick.its a lovely house in an amazing area with a lovely pool and neighbours but unfortunately the cleanliness and attitude of merry maids spoils it. Her husband also slashed the tyres on our rental car which she pretty much admitted in a message a few days after we returned home, we think it was an attempt to cost us money but we had roadside assistance.

Valoramos todos los aspectos de forma muy positiva, excepto la limpieza, ya que nos tocó limpiar a fondo el apartamento el primer día y la persona que nos enseñó el apartamento no hablaba español. Sabemos con certeza que la casa se limpió a fondo, la ropa de cama y la ropa de cama se lavaron y plancharon antes de que llegaras. Además, se le dijo que nos llamara dentro de las 24 horas si había CUALQUIER problema.
