About this property

Beautiful lake space, privacy, canoe, kayaks, sunsets

3-levels of sleeping and living! Not just places to crash but real space to enjoy (no need to pack them in here - it's a vacation)! Lots of ways to play in the lake and the yard slopes gently to the water for more space for games and hanging out. The front entrance has a full concrete driveway with plenty of parking space and as many as 4 vehicles can be in the garage and under carports. Relaxation in this quiet cove starts on one of the many leather couches yet you can drive for dining, boat rental, or supplies in just a few minutes if you want. And, of course, the water is calling for your best cannon ball off one of the docks! Room to dock a boat or two plus jet skis and water toys. In the off season when lake level is down (October-April) you can put the kayaks and canoe in the water fromthe lakebed. Air hockey, foosball, and ping pong for indoor entertainment. Please note our checkin (4:00 pm) and checkout (10:00 am) times, but we are happy to allow a bit more time if you request it, and we don't have a quick turn. We want to do everything feasible for you to have a fantastic time!

THis is a really fine VRBO property. The home was just as promised It was very well equiped from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the playroom and the lake toys. There were amentities for all ages. Our three generation family fit perfectly into the numerous facilities on each of the three levels. We will make this home number one on any retrun to Lake Martin. Moreover, the host was very responsive when VRBO neglected to forward to us the front lock code; one phone call to the host and the problem was solved immediately.

Great find!

This was the perfect getaway for a get together weekend with 3 other couples from out college days. Lots of room for everyone and short walk to lake. Will definitely look at this property to book again for our yearly get together!

Great Place to Get Away

Large, clean house with plenty of space to stretch out. Lots of cooking gear so you don't need to eat out. Plenty of outdoor equipment to keep you occupied. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This property was perfect for our very large extended family vacation! It was heavily stocked with things we may have forgot to bring, provided fun water toys and kids indoor toys, and many card games that us adults played at night time! Great place with plenty of space and everything you need

Stayed here for an Auburn game with a group of friends. This house was perfect for us. Plenty of sleeping space, two living areas to watch games, a nice screened in deck, and docks by the lake for boats/swimming. Property description is very accurate, and check-in/check-out was super easy.
