Just Horrible!

Everything about our experience has been horrible. The house reeked of cat urine. It was so bad that we could only stand to be in there a few minutes. It also had not been cleaned properly with grease and grime all over the kitchen, the smoke detectors had been removed, the exterior/yard was just mud and creepy old sheds. We could not stay there and ended up booking rooms at a nearby inn and then moving to another nearby rental. We complained immediately to the property manager and they did not respond. The next day they said I had to provide photographic evidence. So we went back to take pictures of the grime, but I can't photograph how badly it smelled. This absolutely ruined our Christmas travels and I am now fighting to get thousands of dollars back. They are now accusing us of actually staying there even though I had provided receipts from the inn and the other rental that I booked.
