This stunning 2 bedroom Causeway Coast apartment is newly refurbished and has only just been released to the stay-cation market in late June 2023 :)


The property accommodates up to 4 people in the magical sea side town of Ballycastle.


The property is positioned in the centre of the old town, at the sea front which is less than 100m to the beach and right beside the promenade/marina, which boasts incredible scenery of the local bay, Fairhead as well as Scotland and Rathlin Island. The property is also only a stone throw to the tennis courts, bowling green and golf course and a five minute walk to the town centre. The apartment offers a stylish, relaxing and contemporary experience. The property is finished to a modern standard and also offers car parking in a private gated community.


The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room that extends to the balcony and a kitchen area. The kitchen area is compact and functional and comes equipped with a range of mod cons. The bathroom and toilet areas are minamilistic, whilst the bedrooms are spacious and airy. The apartment is a blend of carpet and tiling throughout.

This apartment has recently been refurbished to a high standard and comes equipped with all the mod cons, including two spacious bedrooms (both double beds) with a chest of drawers, clothes rails and mirrors, bed side tables and double beds. It also has a bathroom with shower, WC/toilet. The living room is fully equipped with a large floor lamp, flat screen TV, fast instant broadband access, a 4 person sofa, coffee table, chair and foot stool. The kitchen table comes with four chairs and the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with pots/pans and cooking utensils. There us also a terrace/balcony with out door furniture.

The property is located in the heart of the centre of the old town, right beside the promenade/marina and seafront/beach, which boasts incredible scenery of the local bay, Fairhead as well as Scotland and Rathlin Island. There are a range of superb local bars and bistro's including the Anglers Arms, O'Connor's, The Central Bar, The House of McDonnell, Marconi's Bar and Bistro, The Cellar Restaurant, 39 at the Diamond Bar and The Anzac Bar. For fine dining there is The Salt House in Ballycastle and the Bushmills Inn quite close by. There are a number of local and famous sights which include Fairhead, Murlough Bay, The Dark Hedges (a prominent feature on the HBO hit - Game of Thrones) and The Giant's Casueway, all within c15 miles of the town.
