On the ground floor: the open-plan layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, seamlessly connecting to the living and dining areas. The cozy living room features a large corner sofa and a 55” HDTV, with direct access to a terrace furnished with a stylish seating area. An adjacent dining area accommodates up to 8 guests. This level also includes a double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) and a modern shower/WC – ideal for guests seeking privacy or mobility convenience.



On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there are three additional bedrooms, one with king-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and two with twin beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which can be joined to create king-size beds. This floor also includes two sleek shower/WC bathrooms. Every bedroom is equipped with a 32” HDTV for your entertainment. The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.



Step outside to your private paradise where you can find: a 32 sq. m swimming pool and a 10 sq. m children’s pool that invite you to unwind under the Cretan sun, sun loungers and umbrellas that provide comfort for sunbathing or reading poolside. The property is fully fenced for privacy and security and includes parking for two cars plus an EV charger for electric vehicles. Guests are welcomed with a complimentary arrival basket filled with local treats. The villa is cleaned weekly, and pool towels are provided for added convenience.
