Located in the Aljamar Urbanization, this spacious villa is ideally located for easy access to Burriana Beach with its many bars, restaurants and water sports. Competitively priced for 6 people, the villa also offers an extra bedroom allowing a further two guests (maximum of 8 guests).
Comfortably furnished, this charming property is spread across 3 floors, including free Wifi throughout, TV with international channels, washing machine and air conditioning in the three main bedrooms. There's also a private garage large enough for two cars with direct access to the villa.
You enter the villa on the top floor leading to a spacious and open plan living and dining room with large windows out to the outside terrace. From the entrance to the left you will find the separate fully-fitted kitchen. There is also a separate WC. There is an air-conditioning unit in the living area.
A stairwell leads down to the bedroom level with three bedrooms - one with Kingsize bed and two with twin beds. These three bedrooms all have air conditioning. A shared bathroom offering a walk in shower is also found on this level. All of the bedrooms have french windows out to the private pool area with barbecue and outside dining table. The private pool is 3.26 x 3.3 m (1.8 m deep).
Down a further flight of stairs you find another double bedroom with internal window, a bathroom with bath and shower and access to the large garage. Please note that this bedroom does not have air conditioning - but a fan is provided.
As well as the private pool which is open and maintanined all year round, the property also benefits from access to the large communal pool which is open between June and September.
All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request)...

Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Nerja has a great network of public transport – or you can hire a car to discover the area at your own pace.
