Love Cottage close to Padstow & Wadebridge

Based at 'The Laurels Cottages' between Padstow & Wadebridge in North Cornwall.
Bus route on the doorstep.
Sleeps 2 people, no pets.
Open plan lounge/diner/kitchen upstairs with a spiral staircase leading to the double bedroom with en-suite shower room.

The space:

A special getaway, this quaint self catering holiday cottage is ideal for a couple or small family seeking to explore the delights that a quiet Cornwall holiday has to offer.

The cottage is approached by external stone steps and enters into the upstairs open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Packed full of Cornish charm with a high vaulted beamed ceiling and Cornish stone walls which add to the unique character of this property.

The lounge has a corner sofa, WiFi available and smart TV (note you must log into your own streaming accounts like netflix, prime or now tv).

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay. There is a small dining table which can extend when more space is required.

A spiral staircase leads you down to the lower floor into the double bedroom with a traditional beamed ceiling and an en-suite shower room.

For your convenience all beds are made up on arrival.

Bed linen & one bath towel per person provided.

At the front of the property there is also a communal sunny courtyard shared with our 2 other cottages with picnic bench and rotary line.


There is one designated parking spaces for Love cottage, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.

Our campsite 'The Laurels Holiday Park' is right next door so if you have children then are more than welcome to use the play park (April-October).


Guest access:
The rental is for the whole cottage with parking for 1 car, if you have additional vehicles you must talk to us prior to arriving as in the middle of summer with all cottages booked and campsite full it is unlikely we will have additional parking spaces available. No EV charging available.


Other things to note:
Here at The Laurels we have 3 holiday cottages and also run a campsite (The Laurels Holiday Park).
Guests are welcome to use the campsite facilities (play park for the children April - October, tourist information & laundry).
Use of a washing machine & tumble dryer in the launderette on the campsite (coin operated)
We live on site so are available if needed.
We are situated 2 miles from Wadebridge and 6 miles from Padstow and within easy access of lots of local attractions and beaches.
Bookings for workmen must be requested first as we have additional terms relating to workmen only which must be agreed to before a booking can be accepted.
Strictly no dogs allowed under any circumstances, please do not request to book if you have a dog.
If you are travelling with children and need a travel cot, high chair or stair gates please check availability first as three items are shared between our 3 rentals so are not always available.
