It is cosy with a contemporary feel and includes a log burner , slate flagstone floors and exposed beams .
The harbour can be seen from both the living room and master bedroom along with the sounds of the sea .

Nice stay

Lovely little Cottage in idilic spot near the Harbour in which we have stayed before, a couple of little niggles still broken tiles on the bathroom floor, allocated parking now further away around 20 mins walk.

Delightful fisherman’s cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Port Isaac and the location of the cottage was fantastic - close to everything. A very comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful location Very comfortable cottage

Loved the cottage , Shirley very responsive for any questions -we drove down to sweet shop to unload and parked up at Trelawney garage at allocated car space and left car there whole weekend - loved The Mote & Golden Lion - dressed crab from fisherman’s yard was fantastic - very relaxing break Thankyou

Little Gem

We loved Morley Cottage, the location is amazing you can see the harbour & Mrs Tishell’s Pharmacy from the lounge & bedroom window. Fab decor & lovely linen / towels / white robe. Lovely that it is also dog friendly. Communication with Shirley the host was great. Cottage is well equipped.

Perfect location

Cosy cottage right in the heart of the village with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. To have a view of the bay and fall asleep to the sound of the waves was really special, as is Port Isaac. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely cottage

The cottage was absolutely perfect for our visit to Port Isaac. Located in the center of the village, beautifully furnished and very clean. Shirley, our host, provided all information needed for an easy check-in. We highly recommend this property for future visits!

Great stay in this very picturesque cottage

The cottage is in ideal location right in the center by the RNLI, fish market and Mrs Tishell’s pharmacy. Everything was fine - I wish we stayed for longer. Shirley the host was very helpful and communicative. 👍👍👍

Perfect location right on the harbor

Location couldn't be better. Comfy bed. Cute decor. Reserved parking. No kitchen roll/napkins or trash bags but we got by. Highly recommend & would love to come stay again. Was great for staying in for the weekend & doing some great walks, etc.

Morley’s Cottage, Port Isaac!

Incredible spot, so close to harbour, lovely to hear the sea lapping at the slipway at night. Seagulls singing all day .. views from the windows right in the heart of Port Isaac, the Old School house at night! The early morning hustle and bustle at the Fish Market, Pints in the Golden Lion.. Scenic walks and runs, beautiful countryside.. Lovely friendly people, local and holiday makers.. just the best!

Cute cottage

The location is perfect for travelers looking to stay in “downtown Doc Martin” as my son put it. Another review suggested that the place could be cleaner and I have to agree; the property owner needs to come for a few days and do a serious cleaning beyond what normal cleaners do, but aside from the cobwebs it was decent. We loved being so close to the harbor, but it's a little noisy if you're trying to sleep late. All that being said, we loved it and would stay there again.

Good but needed a refurb

Nice cottage but small and overpriced.cottage looking tired.bathroom tiles cracked and shower didn't drain.cottage clean.what put my wife and I off we were asked to allow a plumber access to fix broken washing machine. The owner then asked if she could let estate agent in with a prospective buyer whilst we were on holiday! Not a good look!

Great but……

The location is good as it’s right next to the sea and perfect to walk from. The only issues we had were being woken at 06:45 each morning by smashing bottles from the recycling from the local bar. I’m 6’2” and the bed is too short and mattress rock hard, but on the whole it was nice to get away.

Lovely spot in the centre of village

Great spot. Cottage could do with a bit of an update but a pleasant stay nonetheless. It is a bit of an ordeal to drop off but the benefit is a traffic free village. Sadly the promised car park space at the top of the village was not available which was disappointing given this was one reason for booking. Comfy bed and well equipped (lacking cork screw and wine glasses). Great place though with pet allowed too which was a bonus!

Hi Shirley just touching base to let you know we checked at 10.30. Thank you for letting us stay it was great. A couple a things to let you know, The mail box appears full, We couldn’t find the iron or ironing board. The kitchen sink tape has a drip it needs washer replacement. You’re obviously aware the tikes in the bathroom by the shower are cracked. There was also a couple of chipped plates ( large ones) We run rental properties also and just thought you’d like the feedback. These things didn’t bother us and we weren’t sure if you were aware. We had a great time. Thanks for letting us stay. Wish you all the best

Great location but was a small property for a family of 4 plus dog.

Port Isaac is a working port and people start the day very early so definitely no quiet lie ins were possible after 7am. Able to park outside the property to unload but otherwise had to trek with the kids and day trip stuff up and down a steep hill to get to the car. There is no immediate outside seating but every evening people gather on the port slipway and drink. Sometimes there is live music and it's a wonderfully chilled and vibrant atmosphere and a great end to the day. Ate a lot of ready made meals and ate out as the kitchen doesn't have much in the way of pots and pans to make family dinners. My kids were old enough to shower themselves which is fine as there is no bath for little ones. Kids loved the location and the ease at which they can go to rock pools and play in some water.
