Vacation apartment

We all enjoyed the apartment so much. It felt just like home. It was a perfect stay, and we all fell in love. It was clean, everyone had a room. The restaurant downstairs was a plus since we just went downstairs to eat dinner. The food was delicious; the people were so nice and helpful. They even let us use their wash machine. We hope that one day in the near future we can come back and stay here again. We really miss the place!!!

Wir waren als Gruppe aus 5 Erwachsenen und einem Hund in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt über einem Restaurant an einer viel befahrenen Straße in Kirchbichl. Direkt vor der Wohnung liegt eine Bushaltestelle, von der ab und zu ein Skibus fährt. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern (eines davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer), einer Küche, einem Flur und einem Bad mit Toilette. Außerdem gibt es eine sehr große Terrasse, die aber nicht viel hermacht und aufgrund der viel befahrenen Straße nicht gerade zum entspannen einlädt. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, der Zustand ist gut. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine, einen großen Herd und einen Ofen. Leider hatten wir abgesehen davon einiges zu bemängeln: im Bad gibt es nur einen Handtuchhaken und keinen Stöpsel für die Badewanne. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist unvollständig, es fehlen zum Beispiel Topflappen und Gläser wie Geschirr sind knapp bemessen, obwohl Platz wäre. Die Wohnung wird über Fußbodenheizung geheizt, nur das Bad nicht, dafür gibt es eine mobile elektrische Heizung. Ärgerlicherweise kann man die Heizung nicht selbst regulieren. Auf Nachfrage bei den Gastgebern wurde empfohlen die Fenster zu öffnen. Das ist ziemlich verschwenderisch und vor Allem nachts viel zu laut. Schade ist außerdem, dass es kein Wohnzimmer gibt und die Einrichtung wild zusammengewürfelt ist. Es gibt immerhin zwei kleine Fernseher in zwei der Schlafzimmer, in einem der beiden Zimmer wird sogar Signal empfangen. Die Wohnung ist also in Summe OK, allerdings muss man einige Abstriche in Kauf nehmen und findet wahrscheinlich anderswo zu einem ähnlichen Preis eine schönere Wohnung. Wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist könnte das Durchgangszimmer zum Wohnzimmer umfunktioniert werden, so hätten wir lieber woanders unsere Ferien verbracht.

Erholung in den Bergen

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Platz und ausreichenden Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch mit durchgehender riesiger Terrasse. Mit schönem Ausblick. Leider, was wir vorher nicht wussten, direkt an der Straße/Hauptverkehrsstrasse gelegen und der angegebene Pool war nicht auffindbar.
