This was a cute house in a great location. I deducted one star from the overall because the floor in part of the house needed some major reinforcing. But the size, location & cleanliness of the house was great. Perfect for our 1 night stay.

Our visit to Bryan was for the enrollment of my god daughter into Texas A&M. Page, our host was amazing. We had a couple of every specific requests and she came through with flying colors. Amazing responsiveness. The house was quaint, spacious and well taken care of. Location was right, everything was less than 5 minutes. If you are looking for a space when I Bryan, look here first.

We came up for a quick weekend. The location to A&M was perfect. We loved all of the outdoor activities provided and the space was great. Our only complaint is that the beds were very squeaky when sleeping every movement was definitely heard by all.

Great for a large family!

The only draw back to the place was that the kitchen tended to heat up pretty quick when the oven was on and it was a small kitchen. However, the beds, bathrooms and living space were a win. For the money-it is a great place to stay.
