VILLA FERNANDA - CAPRI

Located on the beautiful Island of Capri, this stylish villa has a private swimming pool and large outdoor spaces. A perfect island experience, the villa is in a great location with magnificent views over the Gulf of Sorrento, Mount Vesuvius, the bay of Naples and the Amalfi Coast. The villa is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach, and you can also walk to the main square of Capri (the ‘Piazzetta’), or take a taxi to Marina Piccolo, where you can board a boat to the famous “La Fontelina” beach club.

Villa Fernanda (648 sqm) consists of two properties – Villa Anna and Villa Bea. Villa Anna develops over two levels and includes a ground floor annex. Villa Bea develops over three levels. The villa has live-in staff (who live in a small dependence onsite) and a private funicular railway which takes you between the two villas, to the annex and to the street.

Please note that Villa Anna and Villa Bea can also be rented out separately.

VILLA ANNA (sleeps 12)

Main Villa
The ground floor includes a living room (with sofas, chairs), a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dish washer, juicer, ice maker, blender), as well as one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with king size bed) with ensuite bathroom (with tub), one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Annex
In the annex you will find a living room with a kitchen, one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with tub).

Outside the villa, you will find a large terrace with a private swimming pool (4m x 7m; max. depth 1.5m), several sitting areas and a shady outdoor dining area.

VILLA BEA (sleeps 12)

The ground floor includes an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas and chairs) and a dining area (with table and chairs). There is also a well-equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, icemaker) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor, you will find a living room and four double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (with showers).

On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms and one bathroom (with toilet).

Outside the villa, you will find sitting and dining areas as well as an outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue.
