The Sea Farmhouse with pool - My Rental Homes

The Sea Farmhouse is a wonderful holiday resort situated on the hilly side of the Sorrentine Peninsula, between Sorrento and Positano, which are both about 10 km far. The nearest village is Sant'Agata sui due Golfi (5 minutes drive), where in the very hot summer it’s easy to find some refreshment and where you can find anything you need such as: supermarket, pubs and restaurants, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.
This beautiful property spreads over a huge expanse of land immersed in the nature, where you will have the opportunity of enjoying the green and an amazing view of the sea and of Li Galli islets. This corner of Paradise is the perfect shelter for a relaxing vacation, ideal for large groups of friends or families. This place is characterized by a rustic style, typical of a farmhouse, furthermore, here a wide range of local products are cultivated by the owners (salad, tomatoes, eggplants, etc.) and there is also a factory where are produced different kind of marmalades, tomato sauce, the famous limoncello liquor and other delicacies. If you wish, you will also have the chance to taste all these products; in fact you can require to be served breakfast, lunch or dinner, since there is also an internal catering service available (on request at extra cost).

The Sea Farmhouse can accommodate up to 27 people and upon request even other 4 single beds can be added at extra cost.
In detail it consists of:

Villa 1, which is composed by 6 double rooms (two of them with terrace) and two single rooms, where can sleep up to 14 people. All the rooms have en suite bathrooms. In this building there is also a living room.

Villa 2, near the villa 1 at the beginning of the property, composed by two suites, where can sleep up to 6 people.

Villa 3, where are located 1 master bedroom (with en suite bathroom), where can sleep 3 people and three further double deluxe bedrooms, for a total of 9 sleeps.

Close to the villa 1 and 2, there is a large kitchen that is at guests’ disposal and a large dining room that can host up to 50 people. On request there is a staff member that can take care of the cleaning of the kitchen (at extra cost). Furthermore it is also possible to organise amusing cooking lessons or dinners with private chef.

The property has also a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by tables and chairs together with umbrellas and sun beds, where you can lounge or have an aperitif admiring the sunset in the sea.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and WI-FI connection, a large private car parking is available for all the guests and even if a car is recommended, there is the possibility of having car transfers arranged on time.

Finally, at The Sea Farmhouse is also possible to organise special events (weddings, private parties, etc.).

Neighbourhood and transport:
Located on the hills of Sorrento coast, halfway between Sorrento and Positano, in a very quiet location, immersed in the nature, the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
The nearest village is Sant'Agata (about 5 minutes drive), where you can find the basic services (bank, good restaurants, supermarket, groceries). Anyway It is advisable to have a car in order to go around and explore the surroundings.

Rental rules:
The prices are for 27 persons, 4 more single beds for 4 persons can be added at the daily cost of € 65 per day per person.
A refundable deposit of 1.500 Euros (also with credit card) is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Check-In time is from 15:00 to 19:30, Check-Out time is by 10:00 AM
The rental price include: one set of bed linens, bath towels per stay, per person, electricity, International breakfast, staff for cleaning the kitchen and restaurant room also for lunch and dinner including tablecloths,1 cot and 1 high chair for babies under 3 years on request.
A maximum of 5 children aged 4 to 12 are allowed. Babies from 0 to 3 years are welcome.

Extra costs to be pay on site
Compulsory daily cleaning (3 hours per day and final cleaning) € 25 per person per stay. Change of bed linens and bath towels every 3 days.
City tax: € 4 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
If the rules of the house are ignored, some penalties will be applied according to specific cases.

Important note:
Next to the property there is a sort of wine-bar for wine tasting and other local products, which is managed by the same family that owns the complex, within the same huge property but with a different entrance, separated by plants from the area reserved for the villa's residents.
