A newly renovated Georgian townhouse with open plan living area, 3 charming bedrooms and 2 beautiful shower rooms.

The large cooker, plumbed American fridge-freezer and Nespresso machine provide those extra luxuries to enjoy whilst on holiday. The high end shower rooms, one with a 12” shower head, provide a relaxing space to refresh after a busy day exploring the beaches and coves of Cornwall, many of which are easily reached in 20minutes by car. The vintage furniture compliments the traditional features of this beautiful Grade II listed building.

The central location means it is the perfect spot to explore everything Cornwall has to offer, whether you travel by car or not. There is a much sought after city centre parking space outside the house and it is a few minutes walk from Truro’s Train and Bus Stations. The house looks into the entrance of the Victoria Gardens, with a bandstand and cafe. The centre of Truro is a level few minute walk, with scrumptious cafes sitting alongside both high street and independent stores to browse. The impressive Cathedral host events throughout the year and is home to girl choristers who performed in London for King Charles III Coronation. The Hall for Cornwall is also a short walk and hosts many shows, from Shakespeare to Musicals, from local school performances to international touring casts. Lemon Quay is host to a wonderful Farmers’ Market once a week along with seasonal events throughout the year.

Work in progress

Very good property. Work completed is very good. There are a number of things outstanding but they did not spoil out enjoyment of the property. I expect it to be excellent when the transformation is complete.

A Real Gem

Ideally situated with easy access to trains, buses and shops, No 18 is a brilliant place to stay in Truro. We were so comfortable - this spacious and spotlessly clean house has absolutely everything you could need and we especially appreciated the 'welcome tray' which made our arrival even better. We'd certainly like to come back!

The beautiful Truro

Very nice, clean spacious place. Brilliant location, central to the Truro town and only 30mims to St Ives and 45mins The Lands End. Very decent price and host was reachable. Well maintained. Upstairs bathroom needs privacy window as neighbouring property window overlooks.

Great Space

There was way more space than the two of us staying there needed, but it would make a great spot for larger groups. Everything was easy to access, and pretty much everything we needed/wanted to do in Truro was within a 20-minute walk. Good parking spot up the hill just a couple of minutes walk away. We had a great time and really enjoyed the space and ammenities.
