The Telephone Box at The Old Post Office is a delightful private annexe that offers a charming and romantic retreat in this picturesque village. Attached to the owner’s home, this one-bedroom property spans three floors, providing a unique and cosy living experience. As you enter the annexe on the ground floor, you are greeted by an inviting open-plan layout. The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for preparing and enjoying meals. The cosy lounge area features a smart TV and a wood burner, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.



Moving up to the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom adorned with a double bed, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. On the second floor, a large bathroom awaits, complete with a bath and a shower over it, providing a luxurious space to unwind and refresh. It has a roof light and romantic lighting. Outside the annexe, a charming garden is shared with the owner. However, you can also access a private seating area to enjoy tranquil moments amidst the natural surroundings.



North Perrott itself is a quintessential English village, characterised by its idyllic charm and friendly community. The village is nestled amidst the scenic countryside of Somerset, offering a serene and peaceful setting for a relaxing getaway. You can take leisurely strolls through the village lanes, admire the picturesque cottages, and soak in the peaceful ambience. For those seeking outdoor adventures, the surrounding areas provide plenty of opportunities. The nearby countryside is perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring nature trails. You can discover the beauty of the Dorset and East Devon coast, which are within easy reach, offering stunning landscapes and picturesque beaches.

Montacute House, a magnificent Elizabethan mansion, is just a short drive away and is renowned for its architectural splendour and beautiful gardens.
