Clean and lots of space but very basic, no pillow cases on the pillows. No hanging in any of the 3 rooms either, could be improved by adding at least one wardrobe or a rail with hangers in each bedroom.

The apartment only has air conditioning in one room (the lounge area) so is too hot to sleep in at night. And the homeowner lives directly below the apartment and kept coming up and into the apartment.
