Nice and bright apartment in Chiclana with capacity for 4 people, with communal outdoor areas that will make the enjoyment of the client, with its large gardens and 4 swimming pools, two for adults and two for children.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, one with a bed of 1.35 and the other with two beds of 0.90, a bathroom with bathtub. A living room with dining area, TV, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Completes the distribution of the house, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for the stay (refrigerator, washing machine, oven, hob, dishwasher, kitchenware ....etc).
It is located in a quiet urbanization, with many green areas, which makes the views from the accommodation are very nice.
Approximately five minutes drive from the Barrosa beach and the city center. You can take a long walk and reach the beach in about 20 minutes ( 1.2 km ). It is located in the popular area of Aldea del Coto, where you will find cafes, restaurants, stationery, veterinarian and other stores of interest.
Undoubtedly, you have everything you need to enjoy a few days near one of the best beaches in the province of Cadiz.
