The apartment is very well equipped, with all amenities and equipment such as air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. It has a large balcony overlooking the building's garden, a very pleasant space for outdoor dining and to contemplate the sunset or enjoy memorable breakfast moments.

Great place to stay!

Lots of amenities for a longer stay. Washer takes a lik while but was a huge help on my long trip. Amazing couch to crash into after a long day of walking around Porto. Patio was really nice to enjoy a sunset

Lovely flat with a nice balcony to catch some sun. Location was perfect with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby but very quiet and tucked away from the main roads. My partner unfortunately left some of his clothes in the flat and the property management team were amazing in retrieving the items and shipping them back to us - we were very grateful to get these items back which we assumed would be a lost cause. Would definitely recommend this property.

Very small one room apartment. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, and having an elevator was great. The building is secure. Location is ok, and people in Porto are friendly. Washer is in the patio closet and works well. No dryer, but the drying racks worked well. Bare bones on the amenities, and they have drain flys they need to deal with. Over all a good value for the money.

This apartment is in a great location near various shops and restaurants, yet it is still quiet which was very nice! The space was really clean and comfortable. Elevator access to the floor was convenient. The host was pretty quick to respond to one request we had which was much appreciated. The only negative thing was we booked this for the 3pm check in, as we had a tour booked that started at 4pm. Upon receiving check in instructions, we were told 4pm is the check in time. I explained our situation and pointed out how the listing is wrong, and the host worked with us to be able to drop our luggage off early even if the cleaner was not done in time. They ended up being done in time so there was no issue, but it did cause some panic for a while. Just note you probably won’t have access until 4pm unlike the listing says! Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful for our stay and we have no complaints.
