This beautiful 2 BD / 2 BA residence at Aspen Lodge offers luxury lodging in the heart of the Mountain Village, and a truly unique experience to its guests. This residence has a private entrance and patio with 8 person private hot tub, and a fire pit for those chilly nights! It has been professionally decorated to showcase Steamboat's western heritage with high quality furnishings.

Just steps from the tennis courts, serviced by a complimentary on-demand winter shuttle, and with an abundance of amenities, this residence provides everything you could want for a simply great vacation.

You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with slab granite countertops, breakfast bar and rich wood cabinetry that allows any chef in your group to prepare a feast that can be enjoyed at the dining table. The living area has a gas fireplace to relax by and enjoy the cooler evenings. From the living room you can access the huge private patio where you can take a dip in the hot tub! All Aspen Lodge vacation rentals feature a central air-chilling system ran through the summer months.

December 2019 Stay Room 4109

We’re currently staying here right now, Room 4109. I’m highly disappointed with my choice of staying here or the fact that I was told how great this unit was compared to other places we’ve booked with Mountain Resorts. We always stay at The Ranch, and ironically this place was $500 more. This places wasn’t the cleanest (even though they got us in 30 mins after we were suppose to be checked in “due to housekeeping”) it’s no where near spacious if you’re trying to accommodate to your family. They left no soaps in any of the bathrooms nor the kitchen, and the beds aren’t even comfortable. There’s dirty dishes, and I asked the front desk for extra pillows since we were only given 2, and unfortunately “housekeeping didn’t have anymore” honestly I could go on. We will not be returning

Here at Simply Steamboat we also appreciate treating our guests with the utmost respect and if there is an issue we handle it as soon as possible. Within 24 hours prior to your arrival, we received an email from you asking to cancel this reservation with a full refund, which does not align with our cancellation policy that was provided to you upon booking. When you called the morning after arrival to express frustrations with some deficiencies in housekeeping, we were able to schedule housekeeping to get in as soon as possible and address your concerns. The reservations department also financially compensated you in a timely manner, which was your main concern after threatening a bad review and directing negative verbal abuse to our professional staff. We do not take critical reviews lightly as our homeowners, reservations and operations staff take great pride in our beautiful property, vacation homes and ensuring comfortable accommodations for all our guests. After you wrote this review, you emailed our reservations department asking to return in February 2020. In conclusion, after speaking to all staff members involved, it is very unfortunate the way they were treated and addressed. It is also unfortunate that you experienced some inconvenient factors during your stay. While we strive for perfection which may not be obtainable, I am happy that we were able to address your concerns in a timely manner and use the experience as a training opportunity to be even better in the future.
