The villa is great. The pool and the relaxing area with sun loungers were absolutely gorgeous!!! We also took the boat trip through the Dalyan River, - was superb!!! Dalyan is a nice place with a lot of activities to offer for every age.

Our experience at Villa Magnolia was absolutely seamless, not a single hiccup. The surrounding attractions are truly remarkable. This being our first time in the area, were excited to recommend it to others and already looking forward to returning next summer!

Villa Magnolia was in a great location. About a 10-15 minute into Dalyan town and 5 minute walk from a small supermarket. The villa was lovely and we had the most amazing time but unfortunately the The pool was not cleaned or maintained as often as we expected and had steps going ito the pool that were very high and quite frankly dangerous. The bathrooms were not particularly clean and one of the en suite showers downstairs did not work. The property lacked the basics, no tea towel, broom or dustpan and brush so difficult to keep clean. Only 2 wine glasses for a property that sleeps 12 and not enough of any glasses really and no salad bowl. Only 6 sun loungers that had seen better days. As there were 7 of us we asked for another sun lounger twice but it never appeared. We had a lovely time but would not go back to this property.

Before going to bed, we had long swims in the pool. Because going on holidays means getting renewed energy. We will be coming back to this wonderful gem. The customer care team was so attentive and gave us a lot of information. A beautiful villa and a beautiful holiday.

Breath-taking and highly recommended

Amazing property, very close to all Dalyan has to offer within very short walking distance to the centre, inc supermarkets (10 mins), great sized pool, spacious rooms and comfortable living arrangements. Stunning views, weekly market on your doorstep. Pool staff friendly and discreet. Would highly recommend staying and Dalyan has everything to offer with delicious food, plentry of bars for all ages, lots of shops and markets and just the most welcoming and friendly people who speak very good English and very much support and help you speak Turkish, special recommendation for Hey Dalyan for al your trips and Yener's Place for food and drinks.

Rooms were spacious, but floors, and kitchen surfaces, and table tops were dirty!! The overall condition of the Villa was tired and one of the worse things were the Sunbeds, which were absolutely filthy!! The pool however was cleaned regularly and was a good size.Beware of walking into the kitchen after being in the pool as the tiles are horrendously slippy. We had a lovely stay but the Villa could do with a lot of TLC.Hope these honest reviews are acted on, thank you!!
