Located in one of the liveliest and most developed areas of the Chamartín district, Prosperidad, a neighbourhood in full growth with an increasingly varied commercial, leisure and gastronomic offering.
The excellent communication of this area to the city centre by bus or the Prosperidad metro station, with a direct line to strategic points such as the Salamanca neighbourhood or Argüelles, allows for easy and agile movement to any point in Madrid.
The apartment:
This extraordinary apartment is located on the first floor of the building and has capacity for eight people. The cosy living room has a comfortable double sofa bed and offers guests a always pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
The kitchen, modern and bright, is fully equipped with everything necessary to guarantee a pleasant experience: induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a comfortable dining table.
It has three comfortable rooms. Two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds. Likewise, it has two full bathrooms with shower, one of them in the main bedroom.
This apartment has WiFi connection in all spaces. It does not have access to the building's private elevator.
Air conditioning and central heating throughout the accommodation.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival
The online check-in is mandatory through the MitHouse app, where identity document photos of the guests will be requested.
