At the heart of local traditions and etiquette South, Saint John of Cornies between Nîmes (30) and Liverpool (34), we offer this beautiful villa of 130m2 with a Provencal architecture in a small village which aspires to tranquility. guaranteed sunshine. Direct access to private and secure pool of 4x8,5m (bar tarp secured according to standards + spa flowing into this one + sun) and the barbecue area. The wrought iron pergola stage batch you can enjoy a shaded terrace for dining and relaxing (table and garden furniture, chaise ...). You will find inside the house all the necessary comforts for great vacation (American fridge, plasma screen, shower jets, wifi computer ...)
The pool and garden you are fully booked without any opposite and totally fenced for our animal friends.
There is a completely independent apartment at the entrance of the property fenced and closed by a door located no carpark side not overlooked the pool and relaxation area.
Parking can accommodate at least 2 cars.
Location of the ideal location for visiting the departments of Hérault and Gard. Close to the medieval village of sommières. Palavas les Flots beaches and the Grande Motte to 25 km. Montpellier Odysséum the largest shopping center in the region 25 km.

Schöner Urlaub im tropischen Garten

Das Ferienhaus war vollumfänglich ausgestattet und v.a. der Garten mit dem großen Pool, der großen überdachten Entspannungsbereich, der Boule Ecke, der Tischtennisplatte, etc. war wundervoll! Wir haben dort eine wirklich schöne erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht. Einzig die Grundsauberkeit des Hauses könnte verbessert werden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war immer nett, sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Bei Mietern die allerdings nicht französisch sprechen können, wäre wichtig zu wissen, das kein bzw. kaum englisch gesprochen wird. Aber Dank Google Übersetzer und Händen und Füßen war alles machbar.

Un petit coin de paradis.

Très belle villa fonctionnelle contenant un équipement de qualité et arrangée avec goût. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, tout est aménagé et pensé avec soin pour le loisir de tous. Super accueil et flexibilité de la part de Daniel et Katia. Je recommande cette adresse.

Magnifique villa

Tous les éléments sont présents pour passer d’excellentes vacances, piscine , jacuzzi, table de Ping Ping , terrain de boules, Hamac, musique , Espaces détente sous la paillote, lumières qui illuminent tous les extérieurs . La décoration du jardin est exceptionnelle avec beaucoup de palmiers. Aucun vis à vis . Super accueil. Bref, un air de paradis.

Vacances magiques à St jean de Cornies

Nous avons passé des vacances magiques dans cette magnifique villa si bien pensée pour passer un séjour parfait . Katia et Daniel , les propriétaires sont adorables , le jardin sans aucun vis à vis est tout simplement splendide . Le jacuzzi qui se déverse dans la piscine offre un moment de détente si agréable . Nous avons beaucoup aimé la deco de la villa . Nous garderons un souvenir tout particulier pour ces vacances passées à St jean de Cornies . Merci a Katia et Daniel .

Un séjour 5 *****!!!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine de farniente dans la villa de Katia et Daniel. D'abord la maison, qui est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et possède un équipement moderne et pratique avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin! Et que dire de l'espace terrasse/jardin/piscine... c'est aussi beau que sur les photos et nous en avons bien profité (avec mention pour l'escalier large de la piscine et le jacuzzi qui ont servi de "piscine privée" à notre fils de 3 ans!). Un dernier mot pour remercier Katia de sa super réactivité lorsque nous avons eu un souci avec la piscine (avec un remerciement tout spécial pour Pascal qui s'est déplacé en un temps record!) ce qui nous a permis de profiter totalement de la pisicne jusqu'au dernier moment!! Nous espérons pouvoir répéter l'expérience très bientôt. Clarisse & famille.

Tres jolie maison et agréable séjour.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette très belle maison ! Le cadre est vraiment très agréable et la maison bien équipée en revanche, je pense que certains points pourraient être améliorés, mais rien qui empêche, finalement, de passer de bonnes vacances. Accueil agréable et chaleureux, propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles.

maison magnifique et propriétaires charmants!

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Katia et Daniel la première semaine du mois d'août 2017 et nous avons passé un super séjour ! La maison est moderne, très bien équipée (géniale la cuisine!) et le jardin et sa piscine sont tout simplement fantastiques! La terrasse est super chouette également! Bref, allez-y les yeux fermés! De plus, Katia et Daniel sont des gens charmants et souriants, ce qui rajoute au charme de l'endroit :) Une adresse à retenir ! Laurence, Sébastien, Emma, Jade, Stéphanie et Joaquim (de Belgique)

Excellentes vacances!!!

Maison très agréable, conforme à la description. La piscine, le jardin et les équipements sont vraiment très, très bien. Le village est calme. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir aux alentours. En 15 jours nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout faire. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons tous été ravis de notre séjours!

villa provencal agréable , bravo !

une maison très chaleureuse et confortable,dans un petit village très calme.Près de Montpellier ou j'ai pu avec ma famille la visiter (Odysseum,patinage,bowling...). le jardin est spacieux avec beaucoup de jeu pour les enfant ( trampoline, balançoire, piscine ...) j'ai passer une très bonne semaine avec ma famille . le coté barbecue ma beaucoup plus ! Merci, je reviendrai volontairement passer les vacances ici !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison où tout fait le bonheur des enfants et de la famille ! La maison est très confortable et les enfants ont apprécié tout particulièrement la piscine,le spa (relaxation pour nous et pataugeoire pour les enfants) et les jeux dans le jardin. Nous reviendrons merci encore !
