Large and comfortable apartment in a beautiful villa surrounded by greenery in Chiave, a panoramic and sunny area of Cortina d'Ampezzo. There are two comfortable double bedrooms and one with three single beds. Ideal for hosting a large family or a group of friends. Precisely because of its position, it is an apartment suitable for all those who love tranquility and contact with nature.

The apartment is 100 square meters and is located on the first floor. The living area consists of a beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa and LCD TV and large windows that will immerse you in the surrounding landscape; to complete the room a large dining table with wooden bench and chairs for pleasant convivial moments. The kitchen is large and super-equipped with hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with wardrobe and one has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second bathroom has a large shower. Going up the wooden stairs you reach a third bedroom which is equipped with 3 single beds. To complete the offer, there is a wi-fi connection, outdoor parking and a garden.
