Apartment with balcony and community pool very close to Playa Poniente:
Lovely apartment 200 metres from the beach, situated in Playa Poniente on the Costa Tropical of Motril.

It is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room. It also has a nice terrace where you can admire a view of the communal pool which has a children's pool as well and enjoy the summer evenings eating with the family.

This flat is ideal for a pleasant stay by the sea.

Geniales vacaciones

El apartamento está perfectamente situado en un lugar tranquilo y familiar. Impresionante el nivel de limpieza del apartamento, si tuviera que poner una pequeña pega sería que a la hora de utilizar la cocina, de forma habitual, faltarían ciertas herramientas básicas echando en falta alguna sartén más. Estuvimos una semana muy a gusto y desde luego que lo recomendaría. El detalle de bienvenida fue espectacular, una bandeja con diferente tipos de productos ibéricos.
