Delightful 3 bedroom, 2 storey property. Sleeps 7 comfortably; 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 3 single bunk beds. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The house benefits from a large partially covered terrace with an additional wind - out shade, free wifi in all rooms and a carport providing parking for one car. Enjoy the communal facilities available in the tropically planted grounds of the complex:- swimming pool, padel tennis court, gym and toddlers playground. San Cristobal sandy beach, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes walk down the hill and a large supermarket is just 2 minutes by car ( 7 mins walk) . A Local bus at the end of the road takes you into the old town. Lovely romantic setting for couples and family friendly too. A Property to enjoy all year round. Swimming pool open from June until October 31st .
Due to many guests being disrespectful about arriving on agreed arrival times, we are having to adopt a different arrival policy. Arrival time is after 2pm. Late arrival fee after 9.30pm is €50 payable on arrival. We are always happy to greet you earlier than 2pm if possible.
Please note that all guests are required by Spanish Law to complete arrival forms with comprehensive personal data accurately from the age of 14 years old. This information will be sent to the Ministry of the Interior and kept for 3 years. The government say that this is to facilitate the security forces for the prevention of criminal activities especially those related to terrorism and organised crime enhancing the safety of everyone. Guests will be denied access who do not provide the required information. Thank you for your cooperation.

Great location
We stayed at the house for one week with 3 adults and one child and it was perfect for us. The house was clean and well equipped with air conditioning that we found essential in the July temperatures. There is a terrace that offered some shade in the afternoons and evenings and a shared pool that we used every day. The house is located just a few minutes walk from the long busy beach and all the restaurants. Walk a little further (~15 mins) and you reach the old town with a good selection of shops and more restaurants. If you have a car then Granada and the Sierra Nevada National Park are both less than an hour away and well worth a visit. Thanks to Sara and Louis for meeting us on arrival, showing us around and being available during our stay.

We returned to the property as we enjoy Almunecar and this is within an easy walk of the seafront and only a bit further to the old town. Communication with Sara was excellent, the house had all we need, occasional aircon was a blessing and the kids couldn't survive without the wifi. So, very happy. Thank you

A great place to have a family holiday
Everything was as described on the property overview. Conveniently located within walking distance to beach and restaurants but tucked away enough to be a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. An ample supply of beach towels was a great help and the pool was great.

Lovely, spacious house. Well equipped and clean.
We enjoyed our stay in the house. Great location for wandering down into town and nice views. Sara and Louis were very helpful. Our only disappointment was that the pool is not in service until June.

Hello Katy,
I'm so pleased that you had a lovely time in the house. It is a perfect location for the beach and the private car port is invaluable when it's busy. As the pool is communal it always opens at the beginning of June, if we are lucky maybe a little earlier at the end of May. All the communal pools in Almuñécar are open at this time. They use this time to do the pool maintenance and up keep.

Great property and great location
Stayed for 6 nights and had a great time.
Louis met us at the bus station, showed us to the property and where everything was.
Property is as advertised, clean and well equipped.
Only downside I can think of was the communal pool wasn't open for our whole stay, but only a short walk to the beach
Location as mentioned is close to the beach and about 20 mins to the old town and about 10 mins to the supermarket.
Bus station is a little further especially with bags, but there is a circular bus that picks up right outside then short walk to the apartment.
Would recommend and hopefully be back again next year :)

The layout of the house is perfect for my family; my wife and I and our four children as well as entertaining happily a second couple as there are facilities on each storey. The house flows very well as the main living area runs together onto the large terrace where I love to while away an hour or two before meandering through the tropical gardens to the pool.
