Superb accommodation

The apartment is light, clean and spacious. There is a lovely sea view from the terrace. It is well equipped, it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to a variety of local restaurants. Luis, the host, is delightful and very helpful, he responds quickly to any questions. I would nightly recommend this property.

Wunderschöner Urlaub an der Costa Tropical

Wir waren im September/Oktober zwei Wochen Gast in dem Appartement von Luis. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an sehr gut. Wir bekamen eine detaillierte Anfahrtsbeschreibung und die Übergabe war perfekt organisiert. Luis ließ kein Detail aus. Er nannte uns sogar gute Restaurants in der Umgebung, Supermärkte und vieles mehr. Das Appartement ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Es werden sogar zwei Klappstühle und ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuss in nur vier Minuten. Die Anlage verfügt über einen gepflegten, schönen tropischen Garten mit großem Pool. Den Mietwagen, der meiner Meinung nach unerlässlich ist, kann man sicher in der Tiefgarage parken. Wir möchten uns bei unserem Gastgeber Luis bedanken und hoffen, dass wir eines Tages zurück kommen werden.

Fantastic apartment and host

We, a family of four with two teenage girls, spent the last 2 weeks of July 2017 in Luis' fantastic apartment. The apartment was modern, looked freshly decorated, the furnishings, fittings and linens were all new and it was spotlessly clean. We regulary spend our holidays in holiday apartments - what really sets this apartment apart from others we have stayed in is the cleanliness, the attention to detail and the newness of the contents. How often does a holiday rental sleeping 5 have only 5 (mismatched) glasses and 5 (mismatched) mugs? How often are the shower curtains a little mouldy? How often are the towels somewhat old? None of this was the case in Luis' apartment - everything was of a standard you would have in your own home - the kitchen was fully stocked with matching crockery and (many) glasses, the shower curtains and towels were new. All worked well with meeting Luis and collecting the keys, the detailed instructions complete with pictures certainly helped us to find the location much more easily than just relying on the sat nav. In summary, this apartment and Luis as the host, get 5 stars from me and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment - we hope to come again.
