Beautiful spacious apartment, just over the beach, with a big terrace for 8 people looking the Mediterranean, in one of the best spots of the Mediterraneum due to the protection of cold winds thanks to the high Sierra Nevada Mountains in the north. So yo have a mild weather all the year round.

The apartment has got a centralised Full Acclimatisation System( Air conditioned : cold and warm) at all the rooms, including the living room. For the few days the climate could be uncomfortable, too hot in summer , or a bit cold in winter , you will be sure, it will not spoil your holidays .

It has 2 big bedrooms, two bathrooms, a big living room and dining room, kitchen, and a big terrace ( 20 M2 ) over the beach and the sea. The big terrace, 20 sq meters is facing south, so you will have sun the whole day, and enjoy the sunrise - sunset. The terrace is fully equipped with a dining table for 6 to 8 pax. , sunbeds, ....
You can stay in the apartment comfortably up to 4 adults, and 2 more children / adults in extra beds.
You have a parking space in the back "patio", well protected with security for your car.

You do not need a car , as a public bus service is also available from just the building door to the village downtown, the bus station , useful too if do not have, or wish to use your car . .

ALMUÑECAR: This part of the Granada Mediterranean coastline in Costa Tropical is a must see for all visitors, because of its fullness of history.

ALPUJARRA: The Granada Alpujarra, near Almuñecar, boasts stunning scenery, including almond trees, vineyards grown on terraces.
