In the two beautifully furnished bedrooms with high quality and comfortable beds, you will also find plenty of space for your clothes and all your belongings. The friendly apartment has two spacious bathrooms with shower, toilet and a washing machine, and a fully equipped open kitchen with new ceramic hob.
From a cozy and bright living room leads directly to the spacious, covered terrace, which will enchant you with its fantastic views over the sea and invites you to relax and dream.
The apartment is located in a small private gated community of only 6 apartments. It is located away from the major hotels and resorts on the mountain Los Pinos with unobstructed and magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
Here you can forget about everyday life, sit back and "let your soul" just.
A nicely equipped garden invites you to linger.
Before the house is a parking space for your car.
Almuñécar is located between Malaga and Almeria at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. The town was founded by the Phoenicians Almuñécar has become a popular holiday destination for individual tourists and expert on the region. It has largely retained its original Andalusian character and is rich in historical sights. Also, there is no lack of gastronomic diversity.
There are many different beautiful sand and pebble beaches and a beautiful, well-maintained beach promenade in resort.
From Almuñécar you can reach all sights in Andalusia very good. After Malaga and Granada can carry you in about an hour. And only about 70 minutes, you need to know the fantastic and unique mountain region of the Alpujarras.

Amazing

We had a wonderful time. Bedrooms are comfortable and the balcony was the perfect space to sit and eat breakfast/diner. Everything was good the only thing we would say is the owner updates her TV to have Netflix as on some evenings it would be nice to watch a flim. Overall a great place to stay!

10 Day October Break

We were warmly welcomed by Ute who showed us around the apartment. It is a good size and well equipped, the highlight being the covered terrace with lovely sea view where we enjoyed many meals. We were a little surprised that access is down 25 stone steps from where the car is parked on the road above - this could be a problem for some and should be mentioned. The only oven is the microwave which is now a little dated. Overall however we enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, wo alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht. Besonders der Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Windgeschützt und schöne Sonnenaufgänge, so dass wir auch im Januar draußen frühstücken konnten. Auch bei nicht so warmen Wetter ließ sich die Wohnung gut über die Klimaanlagen heizen.

Geräumige Wohnung. Komplett ausgestattet. Küchenutensilien, Gewürze usw. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, inklusive Spültabs und Waschmittel. Sogar 2 Klappstühle und 2 Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind vorhandenToller Balkon mit Meerblick. Alles in Ordnung. Gerne wieder.

Schöne und praktische Wohnung

Es gibt alles was man für ein paar entspannte Tage in ruhiger Lage benötigt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Anlage. Bequeme Betten, wir konnten herrliche bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen, da überall Fliegengitter angebracht sind. Durch die Lage am Berg ca 100m über dem Meer stets eine angenehme Meeresbriese und angenehmere Temperaturen als direkt an der Promenade. Klimaanlagen vorhanden, wurden aber im Juni nicht benötigt. Tolle Gastgeber die für jedes Anliegen ein offenes Ohr haben und sehr hilfsbereit sind. Der Aufenthalt wurde nur dadurch etwas getrübt, dass es zu gelegentlichen Wasserknappheiten kam.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist auch großzügig geschnitten, so dass wir zu zweit wirklich sehr viel Platz hatten. Wir konnten sogar meist auf der großen Terrasse frühstücken mit Blick aufs Meer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die herrliche Ruhe in dem Gebiet. Man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten an der Strandpromenade, wo man dann Kilometer weit spazieren kann. Und in einem der Restaurants oder Cafés bei einem Kaffee oder Bier die Weite des Mittelmeers beobachten kann.

Apartamento muy cómodo

El apartamento de Ute es fiel a como se describe. Muy cómodo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba genial..un sitio muy tranquilo. Las vista de la terraza muy bonitas al mar. La recepción al apartamento fue buena ..Ute nos dejo una botella de vino,como obsequio. A parte en el apartamento tenía muchas cosas,tanto de higiene como de cocina. El la primera vez que voy a un apartamento y tiene tantas cosas a disposición del usuario. Si tengo que poner una pega es para ir a la playa....hay un camino asfaltado pero lleno de boquetes que te baja directo a la playa,pero es imposible para aparcar,(hay gente que baja andando,pero con las temperaturas tan altas que hemos tenido , cualquiera sube a esas horas esa cuesta al mediodía)😰más de una hora para poder aparcar, por lo que decidimos irnos todos los días a Salobreña a la playa y a cenar. Pero el apartamento de Ute muy bien....se recomienda!

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Ausblick

Die Begrüßung erfolgte durch die nette deutsche Vermieterin persönlich, die sich im laufe des Urlaubs auch noch telefonisch erkundigte, ob wir etwas benötigten. Die Wohnung liegt auf einem Hügel in einem Vorort von Almuñécar und war für uns (2 Erwachsene, ein Kind) von der Größe mehr als ausreichend. 2 vollwertige Bäder, 2 klimatisierte Schlafräume, klimatisiertes Wohnzimmer und eine Küche. Besonders schön war, dass dort allerlei "Basics" wie Gewürze vorhanden waren. Das Highlight ist natürlich die große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Hinweis: Im Sommer sind auf dem Hügel die Ameisen besonders aktiv, auch in der Wohnung, sodass man sehr aufpassen muss, kein Essen herumliegen zu lassen. Alles sollte besser in Dosen oder im Kühlschrank gelagert werden. Wir hatten regelmäßig Ameisen in Küche und einem Bad. In den Schlafräumen jedoch nie, sodass es uns alles in allem nicht zu sehr gestört hat. Zudem.hat die Vermieterin Ameisenköder ausgelegt und in der Wohnung noch Nachschub gelagert. Der Steinstrand ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und war nicht überfüllt. Auf der Terrasse waren diverse Utensilien wie Sonnenschirme und Liefestühle für den Strandaufenthalt vorhanden - sehr komfortabel.

Nice size apartment with lovely view

The apartment is a nice size, perfect for families and has everything you need to cook a proper meal. There are no amenities nearby (in walking distance) so a car is a must. The outside area is covered so that in autumn the evening temperature is still perfect for an outdoor dinner. Ute, the owner, is a most welcoming and lovely person.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick über die Bucht, in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum

Ein sehr schönes, voll ausgestattetes Appartement mit Blick über die Bucht von Velilla. Wir hatten das Glück, am Morgen einen Schwarm Delphine beobachten zu können. Strand aber auch Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe und Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin waren hervorragen.
