Overall we had a fabulous stay, the house was spacious and the price we felt we paid matched the quality. We enjoyed the walk ability to local eateries and coffee shops. Eva was responsive though if you speak Spanish that is very helpful. We had issues with the A/C units so the afternoons were extremely warm. Eva and her mother were helpful and tried their best to problem solve. The lights flickered a lot so our assumption is that the electrical in this old house is not stable. That big box ac in king upstairs room worked one of the three nights and was very loud. It was concerning that the one fire and CM alarms didn’t have batteries and was left on the table. A strong sewage smell in the bathrooms upstairs would come and go, again, this is an old home and the plumbing is probably not fully sound. The kitchen was stocked. A water filter stand would have been helpful, instead we had to lift the huge purified water container and try to pour in a smaller container. They were responsive and we thought the location was good and overall was great for our big group of 9. Lots of bathrooms!!
