Lovely apartment

Spacious,clean,fully equipped,lovely balcony with sea view.nice quiet area.seemless uncomplicated check in Would have liked a slighter later checkout time as we had to leave the apartment at 10am and our flight wasnt until 11.30 pm.

Fabulous apartment with huge terrace and outstanding views. Easy access and great kitchen. Perhaps some drawers in the bedrooms.

Excellent Apartment, but with minor additions needed,,,

Capistrano Oasis is an excellent well kept Urbanisation. The Apartment is well appointed facing due south in an elevated position with fantastic views out over the Urbanisation and the sea. It is modern, clean and comfortable and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We rented for 4 weeks while completing the sale of our own Apt on another Urbanisation. There is a lack of shade from the 'scorching sun' on the Balcony needs addressing. Other than a very thin & holed Sun Shade over the Table, the Balcony is exposed to the Sun from mid morning until Sunset. A Folding overhead blind would solve this. There is a 'Privacy problem' with the window in the Kitchen area as there are No Blinds or Curtains. People accessing the Apt above have an 'open view' into the Apartment. An Iron is provided - great for long stays, but No Ironing Board?

Einfach traumhaft!

Gut ausgestattete, schöne, saubere Wohnung mit tollen Meerblick und großer Terrasse. Die Wohnanlage umgibt ein sehr geflegter Garten mit Pool. Alles prima!
