Strategic Location with Easy Access

Located in the last building of the famous main square of Vernazza, Casa Teresa enjoys a privileged position near the waterfront that leads to the ferry pier. Despite its elevated position, the fourth floor is easily accessible thanks to a convenient lift, a rare feature in Vernazza that adds special value to the property.



For those seeking an alternative, the property also has a secondary entrance from the picturesque Via Guidoni. Although this road requires climbing a few more steps, it offers a unique alternative access for guests.



The structure and our check-in are close to the railway station, just 3 minutes on foot.

For those arriving by car, please note:

1. Above the village of Vernazza there is a public car park

2. It is 1200 mt from the pedestrian area of the village

3. The car park provides a shuttle service to the beginning of the pedestrian zone and from there you will need to walk to our reception office (5 minutes on foot)

4. The car park can be booked in advance (and we strongly recommend doing so)

5. The cost of the car park is approx. 20.00 euros per day

6. The car park telephone number will be provided after booking.



Important Information on Check-In

Starting from 4 December 2024, Italian regulations require identity verification in person during check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time (between 15:00 and 18:30) in advance. Delays beyond 18:30 may incur additional costs, and check-ins after 22:00 will not be accepted.



We kindly ask you to be patient with any technical or service issues, considering the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may be longer. Additionally, heating is prohibited by law from 1st April to 8th November.
