The kitchen is fully renovated and equipped, and the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi (300 Mbps) as well as several comfortable areas suitable for remote work, depending on the room setup.
Excellent location, opposite the University of Cantabria, with public transport nearby:
5 minutes by bus to the beaches, 10 minutes on foot to the city centre and the bay, and 20 minutes’ walk to Sardinero Beach.
Private garage included (some manoeuvring required for parking; unavailable from 22 to 31 August), as well as free street parking.
Elevator access and step-free access to the apartment are available.

Apparemment très cosy
Appartement tout confort dans un quartier tranquille. Très bien équipé et insonorisé. 2 salles de bain avec jets d’eau puissants. Lits confortables. Verónica et son mari ont été très charmant et accessibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Santander sans aucun bémol. Je ne peux que recommander👌
