Heritage Villa Predelut - Fireplace, BBQ and Parking

Welcome to Heritage Villa! Our house is an oasis of tranquility and fresh air. Located in a picturesque mountain village, just 2.5 km from Bran, overlooking Piatra Craiului mountains, Heritage Villa is the perfect retreat.The Villa has a generous private garden, private parking spaces, BBQ facilities, outdoor dining area, fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and smart TV w. Netflix.

Heritage Villa is a cozy 3-bedroom wooden villa. Each one of the 3 bedrooms was designed to “tell the story” of the most representative crafts of Tara Barsei. One is dedicated to pottery, the second to weaving and the third to sheep breeding.

You can make the most of your stay by preparing goodies or dinners in our fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a relaxing and fun evening next to the fireplace and watching a movie (Netflix, HBO, Prime) in our amazing living room.

The space can host up to 8 guests in its three bedrooms and is perfect for a cozy and fun retreat in the mountains.

The parking is in the courtyard, where 4 cars can park.



We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
No pets or parties are allowed.
Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
Slippers are available. Please do not use shoes in the house.
For safety reasons, fires are only permitted for barbecues and please refrain from organizing campfires in other areas of the yard.
