The property includes a community garden with a swimming pool and showers, open year-round, as well as two parking spaces—especially convenient during the summer. The apartment is located on the third floor and does not have an lift.

L’Ardiaca is a quiet, family-friendly residential area in Cambrils. Nearby you’ll find restaurants, small supermarkets, and takeaway options for grilled chicken and seafood paellas.

L’Ardiaca Beach offers plenty of space, sun loungers, and umbrellas, a volleyball court, and a children’s play area, making it ideal for families and relaxing days by the Mediterranean.

Visiting in winter? During the Christmas season, PortAventura Park is usually open until early January, making Can Costelles a great base for a winter family getaway as well.

Thanks to its location and the shade provided by the pine trees in the community garden, the apartment stays relatively cool. It also has air conditioning (cooling/heating), fans in every room, and electric radiators for winter. Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included.

Can Costelles is a licensed holiday rental. In accordance with Spanish law, all guests, including minors, must complete guest registration. A copy of each guest’s ID or passport is required, along with the requested contact information and, where applicable, the relationship of minors to the group.
1- The property is a licensed holiday rental. For security reasons, and similar to a hotel check-in, in accordance with Spanish law (Decree-Law 933/2021 of October 26), all guests, regardless of their nationality or age, are required to register upon arrival. This is done via a form that is submitted to the authorities. You will need to provide ID cards/passports, addresses, email addresses, and contact information for all guests. If any minors are part of the group, you will need to state their relationship to you and/or other guests.

2- If you smoke, we kindly recommend that you smoke on the balcony to avoid leaving a bad smell in the apartment, so that future guests can enjoy their stay :)
