Lovely villa located approximately 500 meters from the beach. The ground floor apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with two single beds, and a windowed bathroom. In addition to amenities such as a coffee machine, a 42" satellite smart TV (without Wi-Fi), and a washing machine, there is also air conditioning available for an additional fee. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, tennis and padel courts, and just a short walk from the pedestrian area of Lignano Sabbiadoro.
