This house is ideal to spend holidays you will not forget. It is situated in the Crozon peninsula, at the foot of one of the most beautiful fine sandy beaches of the Douarnenez bay. This beach is perfect to relax and go swimming, and allows sledging enthusiasts to enjoy themselves (land sailing, kite surfing.) Hikers and bikers have many opportunities to have a little fun as well. Saint Nic is the starting point to numerous trails, and the GR34 is very close to the house. The diversity of our natural environment is quite astonishing. You will be able to discover the seaside and its beaches, cliffs, rich wooded countryside, moorlands, and heathlands. Every one of those has hidden treasures that are worth looking for and protecting. Le Ménez Hom and its surroundings are a fine example: a 330 mamsl hill designated natural heritage in 2004.This should allow to protect it without preventing sport activities such as hang-gliding, paragliding, or RC operating, which is quite famous on the Ménez Hom.
The 2 km long beach is ideal to 'sea-hike'. Art lovers will be thrilled by the religious heritage wealth of the region. During the summer, you will find a lot of beach parties.

We had amazing stay at this wonderful house with its magnificent view across the sea. We were three generations and there was something on offer for everyone to enjoy there: long walks on the sandy beach, table tennis in the basement, hot tub with the most incredible view… The house was cozy and well equipped. Communication with the owners was always possible and they made us feel very welcome. Thank you so much - we fell in love with your part of Brittany!

Really Impressive Property

We had a great family stay here in Pentrez. It really is an amazing location and view and we never tired of looking out over the beautiful beach - helped by 7 days of warm sunny weather! Our group of 9 had plenty of room and the house is well eqipped. Fresh croissants and baguette each morning on the balcony overlooking the sea - heaven!

Très bon séjour avec quelques bémols

Maison spacieuse avec une vue juste incroyable.Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour en famille mais quelques points sont à améliorer pour justifier du classement 4 étoiles .Accueil et départ avec une boîte à clefs sans même un petit message dans la semaine pour nous demander si tout va bien, pas d'alèses sur tous les lits, poussières non faites, luminaires cassés pour certains et fil électrique avec spot visibles dans la salle du jacuzzi, porte du sauna qui ne ferme plus, barbecue en piteux état et pas mal de mobilier rouillé.Ces petites choses peuvent être corrigées facilement car la maison dans sa globalité avec sa vie imprenable sur la mer permet de passer des vacances au calme à la mer avec une situation vraiment privilégiée que nous avons tous su apprécier. améliorer

Haus mit wunderschöner Lage

Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön. Positiv: Das Haus war recht sauber (bis auf das Jakuzzi), tolle Terrasse mit wunderschönem Blick. Die Küche gut eingerichtet. Negativ: Die Instandhaltungsarbeiten ließen zu wünschen übrig: Die Waschmaschine lief 2 mal aus, die Toilette und das Bad im Erdgeschoss ließen sich nur mit Gewalt abschließen, der Milchschäumer der Kaffeemaschine war kaputt. Die eine Glühbirne über dem Tisch war defekt, im Flur an der Haustür und im ersten Stock fehlten gar die gesamte Abdeckung der Lampen. Bei einem Haus in dieser Preisklasse müsste man mehr auf soetwas achten. Trotzdem ein sehr schönes Haus und wir würden es auch wieder mieten. Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été très agréable. Positif : La maison était assez propre (sauf le jacuzzi), superbe terrasse avec une belle vue. La cuisine bien meublée. Négatif : Les travaux d'entretien laissaient beaucoup à désirer : la machine à laver fuyait à deux reprises, les toilettes et la salle de bain du rez-de-chaussée ne pouvaient être verrouillées qu'avec force, le mousseur à lait de la machine à café était cassé. L'ampoule au-dessus de la table était cassée et tout le cache-lampe du couloir près de la porte d'entrée et du premier étage manquait. Avec une maison dans cette gamme de prix, vous devrez prêter plus d’attention à ce genre de choses. C'est toujours une très belle maison et nous la louerions à nouveau.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Der Blick ist überragend, besonders aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terasse, aber auch aus den Zimmern. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Auch die Küche ist vollständig und gut ausgestattet, mit Extras wie Weinkühlschrank, Espressoautomat, Raclette, ... Den Whirlpool und die Sauna haben wir bei sommerlichen Temperaturen gar nicht gebraucht. Zum Strand muss man den Berg runter und hinterher wieder rauf (wir sind mit unseren Senioren immer gefahren), dafür hat man den freien Blick von oben und will eigentlich gar nicht weg. Unten am Strand konnte ich endlich mal das Strandsegeln (Char a voile, nur mit Reservierung) ausprobieren. Es lohnt sich. Der Check in und der Check out war schnell und unkompliziert. Schön wäre eine kurze persönliche mail nach der Buchung gewesen, so wie wir das anderswo schon hatten. Es hat aber alles ohne irgendwelche Probleme geklappt. Wir haben uns rundrum wohlgefühlt, wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen gerne mal wieder.

Wunderschön!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, das Ferienhaus ist großartig und die Lage phänomenal! Allein der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand ist die Reise wert. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt eingerichtet, der große Spielbericht im Unter- bzw. Erdgeschoss (das Haus liegt am Hang) ist perfekt für Kinder. Pentrez ist außerdem ein super Ort um von dort aus die Bretagne zu erkunden. Und auch sonst war alles bestens. Die Kommunikation mit Laurent, dem Gastgeber, war super, nett und unkompliziert. Wenn wir mal wieder in die Bretagne fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall schauen, dass wir dieses Haus wieder buchen können!

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und direkt am Meer mit Blick über den langen Strand. Ca. 200 - 300 Meter vom Haus bis zum Strand. Sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses und alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage

Schönes Haus in schöner Lage über dem weiten Strand von St. Nic. Mit dem großen Tidenhub ein schönes Schauspiel, das man von den beiden Terrassen gut beobachten kann. Haus ist prima ausgestattet, mit einer neuen Küche. Empfehlenswert.
