House in DOUARNENEZ / KERLAZ- beach walking distance and close to coastal path.
Quiet house in the place called Kerguilliguy ideal for large groups. You will appreciate this house for its enclosed outdoor space, its sunshine on the garden side from morning to evening and its strategic location. You will be 300 m from the beach and the GR 34 trail for beautiful walks. By car, it takes you 5 minutes to go to the first restaurant, 6 minutes to go to the Intermarché, 25 minutes to reach Quimper train station and 45 minutes from Brest / Guipavas airport.
Nautical activities are available in the bay: sailing school, surf schools... You can rent a windsurf board, a Hobie Cat 16 catamaran, a kayak, a surfboard or try your hand at sand yachting in Sainte Anne La Palud... 10 minutes by car.
For those who are less sporty, thalassotherapy is another enjoyable activity.
The house is composed as follows
on the ground floor: Garage, master bedroom with 160 cm bed, private bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 toilet.
upstairs: 3 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed) (another 140 cm bed + a 90 cm bed) (another 140 cm bed + a 90 cm bed), 1 bathroom with 1 bathtub, 2 sinks and 1 toilet.
mid-floor: 1 bedroom / (with children's games) has a 140x200 sofa bed.
All on an enclosed plot of 700 m².
Facilities:
In the Garden: barbecue with charcoal, deckchairs, parasol, table.
Ping-Pong table, 3 scooters available in the garage (not first hand), beach buckets and shovels, landing net for fishing on foot, Breton palets and Molkky games.
Equiped kitchen, washing machine, iron, hair dryer.
Internet and wifi, television, board games.
Travel cot with extra mattress (⚠️ bring your baby sheets), high chair, safety gate upstairs, baby bath, potty.
Household linen included beds made on arrival.
WEEKLY bed linen on request.
Cleaning included.
Deposit check: €1000 also to be given on arrival (returned after cleaning).
