House "feet in the water" overlooking the large beach of Trescadec (Audierne - Esquibien, FinistĂšre): 6 bedrooms (one 160 bed, 3 140 beds, 2 120 beds) plus 1 140 sofa bed in the living room , 4 bathroom with shower, 3 WC, fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with DVD player, wifi.
Garden with sea view (650m2) with barbecue.

Possibility of daily delivery of croissants and fresh bread in the morning (in summer, with supplement).

50 meters from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the nautical club and the pier for the island of Sein.

5 minutes by car from the center of Audierne (nice walk on the GR which passes in front of the house).

TrĂšs chouette maison de vacances

Nous Ă©tions une famille de 13 personnes dont des grands parents et 5 jeunes adultes, la maison est trĂšs bien organisĂ©e pour que chacun Ă©volue Ă  son rythme. Belle lumiĂšre dans la maison, emplacement assez idyllique. La vaisselle ne manque pas, apprĂ©ciable quand on est nombreux. (Peut ĂȘtre rajouter un chiffon ou deux). On peut descendre Ă  pied Ă  Audierne et profiter d’une trĂšs jolie ballade, si on aime courir les sentiers des douaniers sont Ă  2 pas. Environnement reposant et sain. De nombreux et diffĂ©rents sites Ă  dĂ©couvrir tout a proximitĂ©, je recommande notamment le trĂšs joli village de Pont-Croix, la pointe du Van et Quimper. Xavier est un propriĂ©taire trĂšs rĂ©actif et disponible. TrĂšs chouette sĂ©jour.

Belle location parfaite pour un groupe avec des surfeurs il manque cependant un endroit pour Ă©tendre le linge Ă  l abri quand les conditions mĂ©tĂ©orologiques ne permettent pas d’utiliser le petit jardin

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette location d'Esquibien entre amis. La maison est idĂ©alement situĂ©e, avec une belle vue mer. Les espaces sont spacieux et trĂšs lumineux. Toutefois, le mobilier du salon demanderait Ă  ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©. Petit bĂ©mol : le mĂ©nage aurait pu ĂȘtre plus soignĂ©.

sehr gemĂŒtliches Haus. Viel Platz und Xavier ist auch sehr hilfsbereit.

Schönes Haus fast in Audierne. Ganz nah am Meer. man hört die Wellen rauschen wenn man nachts im Bett liegt.
