House "feet in the water" overlooking the large beach of Trescadec (Audierne - Esquibien, Finistère): 6 bedrooms (one 160 bed, 3 140 beds, 2 120 beds) plus 1 140 sofa bed in the living room , 4 bathroom with shower, 3 WC, fitted kitchen (with dishwasher), living room with DVD player, wifi.
Garden with sea view (650m2) with barbecue.

Possibility of daily delivery of croissants and fresh bread in the morning (in summer, with supplement).

50 meters from the beach, 10 minutes walk from the nautical club and the pier for the island of Sein.

5 minutes by car from the center of Audierne (nice walk on the GR which passes in front of the house).
15 km from Pointe du Raz, Pointe du Van ....
Car rides in Pont-Aven, Locronan ...
Access by plane and train to Quimper (25 km)

Très chouette maison de vacances

Nous étions une famille de 13 personnes dont des grands parents et 5 jeunes adultes, la maison est très bien organisée pour que chacun évolue à son rythme. Belle lumière dans la maison, emplacement assez idyllique. La vaisselle ne manque pas, appréciable quand on est nombreux. (Peut être rajouter un chiffon ou deux). On peut descendre à pied à Audierne et profiter d’une très jolie ballade, si on aime courir les sentiers des douaniers sont à 2 pas. Environnement reposant et sain. De nombreux et différents sites à découvrir tout a proximité, je recommande notamment le très joli village de Pont-Croix, la pointe du Van et Quimper. Xavier est un propriétaire très réactif et disponible. Très chouette séjour.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location d'Esquibien entre amis. La maison est idéalement située, avec une belle vue mer. Les espaces sont spacieux et très lumineux. Toutefois, le mobilier du salon demanderait à être renouvelé. Petit bémol : le ménage aurait pu être plus soigné.

Schönes Haus fast in Audierne. Ganz nah am Meer. man hört die Wellen rauschen wenn man nachts im Bett liegt.
