Pretty apartment in wonderful location

Slightly quirky spiral staircase made us a bit cautious in the property details but worked fine in practice. It was nicely equipped (we didn’t try the tv) and, key item, the bed was comfortable. We would definitely visit again. The view (reason we chose it) was just stunning day after day.

Monsieur, Le Wifi n’est pas disponible : c’est écrit dans les conditions de localisation. Vous ne sembliez pas connaître le type de literie : couette,etc. Nous vous avons donc fourni gratuitement la literie et bâti celle-ci sur le lit.Vous nous l’avez rendue dans un état que notre pudeur nous retient de d’écrire. Nous ne sommes pas responsables de l’architecture de la résidence qui évoque la mer et le bateau.Les particularités de l’escalier sont écrites également. Les machines à laver et lave-vaisselle sont très simples à utiliser. Les modes d’emploi sont à disposition dans le meuble à tiroir qui rassemble les petits besoins pour l’écriture, la couture et les fiches de découverte de la région. Les locataires se plaisent et sont heureux de découvrir notre patrimoine paysager, gastronomique, culturel et religieux, surtout cette année par un été bien ensoleillé. Cordialement.

Excellent séjour à Audierne

L'appartement est tres bien situé : il n'y a que la route à traverser pour se retrouver sur la plage. La residence est calme, la vue est tres belle et le centre-ville est facilement accessible à pied.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avions aucune envie de repartir !

Die Lage ist das schönste an der Wohnung

Erst Mal das positive. Die Lage und die Aussicht von der Terasse sind wirklich sehr schön. Das war es aber leider auch schon mit den positiven Dingen. Die Wohnung ist in einem absolut schlechtem Zustand. Die Möbel und die Küche sind absolut runtergewohnt. Das Bad ist eine Katastrophe.Die Duschstange ist defekt Schimmel in der Dusche und Überall war Sand Und Haare. Die Bodenfliesen sind Überall defekt und die Küchentüren fallen bald auseinander. Es gibt kein WLAN um wenigstens mal einen Deutschen Sender zu Streamen. Also kurz gesagt muss hier dringend renoviert werden. Wenn nicht so schönes Wetter gewesen wäre hätten wir die Krise bekommen. Es tut mir Leid so eine schlechte Bewertung schreiben zu müssen aber vieleicht muss das hier mal sein. Wir hoffen das hier was geändert wird weil die Lage echt ein Traum ist . Traumhafte Lage und großzügige Ausstattung

Vom geräumigen Balkon schweift der Blick über den Sandstrand und das Treiben auf dem Meer in allen seinen Schattierungen. Es ist nur eine kleine Straße zu überqueren, bevor man sich auf dem gepflegten Sandstrand befindet. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß und mit allen möglichen praktischen Utensilien ausgestattet. Es gibt auch genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten für den eigenen Krimskrams. Das Zentrum von Audierne mit attraktiven Geschäften ist mit ca. 1 Km nicht allzuweit entfernt und lässt sich auf reizvollemFussweg erreichen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine , ensoleillée,au calme, dans cet appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la mer depuis une grande terrasse. Beaucoup de randonnées à faire tout autour et la plage à portée de main. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Dépaysement

Appartement bien situé, face à la mer et au calme. Déçu sur la propreté, appartement qui s'entait le renfermé et l'humidité. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, il n'y a pas de four traditionnel, il s'agit d'un micro-ondes combiné.

Bonjour Madame, Je veillerai à une meilleure ventilation avant le début de la saison de location. L’entretien est assuré par une personne expérimentée qui prépare l’appartement au séjour des estivants et les accueille le samedi (ou si demande, le dimanche) . Le four neuf fonctionne très bien en 2 modes: micro- ondes combiné avec le mode classique traditionnel. Merci de votre passage dans notre belle région… malgré une semaine un peu humide.
