About this property

Apartment in villa with garden

It has been my family’s home since the 19th century. The most beautiful feature is the central living room, 10 metres long, around which the bedrooms are arranged. Large windows in every room overlook the garden. It’s located in the town centre, 8 km from Verona and 2 km from the Verona Est highway exit (convenient for the Verona Fair, Padua, Vicenza, Venice, Milan, Lake Garda, and the Brenner-Modena route). The apartment is on the ground floor; there are two other apartments and a guesthouse (where my son lives).<br>Registration number<br>023073-LOC-00035

Beautiful house with ample space for our family to experience a different Italian lifestyle. Several supermarkets and a few cafès/bars around.The host is very friendly and responsive. We had a great time!

Beautifull historical mansion!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. Very nice welcome by the owner. The apartment is very spacious and well utilized and has a lovely big garden. As we were participating in an event nearby, we had limited opportunity to explore the beautiful surrounding. We did manage to enjoy a few nice walks in the countryside. There are nice restaurants nearby (walking distance). If you are looking for a wonderful place stay and enjoy the Italian hospitality, we can certainly recommend this.

The apartment of Cesare is very spacious and individually furnished. We have never been in a holiday apartment that is so perfectly equipped with everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. The ground floor of the villa is perfect for those travelling with dogs and/or people with walking disabilities. The garden is beautiful and you can hardly hear the nearby, very busy street because the property is shielded from it by a high wall. Communication is very nice and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much for that!
