The apartment LeWindy is part of the residence Capitelles II, it is between Leucate and Barcarès on the edge of the pond and 600m from the beach of Barcares. It is very conveniently located in the center of entertainment in the summer, between Lydia and its various concerts, Place du Tertre, Cap Coudalère and place Martinique.

The apartment LeWindy is thought for your holidays from 2 to 6 people with an area of ​​65m2 including a small comfortable terrace of 20m2 with plancha. A hammock is also available to relax and rest in the shelter from the sun under the awning.

Kitchen overlooking the living room with a comfortable sofa to watch TV or play board games. Meals can be taken on the terrace or in the living room.

2 spacious bedrooms, a master bedroom with double bed and a child room with 4 beds (double bed loft + sofa bed).

5 bikes (b'twin / rockrider) are available for walks (4 adult bikes, 1 teen bike), there are many bike paths from Leucate to Barcares.

A small beach is 20m from the apartment, ideal for napping and to conjugate beach with children windy day.

Un peu déçus

Les + : proximité des plages, réactivité du propriétaire dans les échanges, vin d'accueil, la personne qui gère l'intendance sympathique. Les - : grosse déception pour le barbecue interdit d'utilisation.. il faudrait modifier l'annonce.. , humidité ++ et mauvaise odeur à l'arrivée, nous n'avons pas vu de hamac, pas de draps ni serviettes (à préciser), les voisins du dessus un peu bruyant (nous pensions de plus disposer du logement en globalité), annonce peu claire en globalité.
