Freshly Remodeled One Bedroom Near Canyon Village at Park City Mountain Resort

This newly remodeled Red Pine Unit can sleep 4 with a King bedroom and double pull out couch. Main level unit with a ski/snowboard storage room makes your trek to the slopes a breeze. Walk downhill to the Waldorf lift or the main lift for the Canyons Village. Free Park City Bus stop is at the end of the street for a quick lift to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, world class shopping and dining on Main Street or to the Kimball Junction and the brand new Whole Foods. New this year (2020) is the Canyons Village Connect. Complimentary rides within the Canyons Village with the tap of a button.

This warm, welcoming and beautifully remodeled room is equipped with 2 TVs, a fully stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee maker and a full bathroom and a washer/dryer.

If you have a rental car there is free parking at Red Pine and just as important this unit is tucked away off the parking lot.

Enjoy owner/guest amenities of a outdoor heated pool and hot tub and an indoor hot tub and sauna with updated baths and showers, along with a clubhouse living space and laundry center. * pool/ clubhouse/ hot tubs subject to periodic closure

Our stay here in the Canyons was great. The host was great and easy to communicate and work with. The location is amazing and with the little connect vans you can order pickup/drop off right from the app to get to and from the canyons village or transit hub to take the bus to park city. We also Uber’d a few times for cheap to park city and was worth it as well. The size was plenty for the two of us and the ski storage area was amazing. We had dry gear every morning and no water on the ground anywhere. Bed and pillows were comfortable and we got very lucky with great snow for this down season in PC. Will definitely stay again

Adorable condo for a family

Initially, we didn’t know what to expect, but WOW!! This 1-bedroom condo is just perfect for a family of 4. It's got awesome amenities, and everything is really clean and up to date (seemed brand new). Plus, it's just a short walk to the stand-up lift that takes you to the gondola. John, the host, was super responsive and helpful. Great place, great spot, and an all-around awesome experience! Can't wait to come back!

Great Place with the best clubhouse!

We had a great stay at this condo! It was small but had everything we needed for a long weekend skiing. The clubhouse was our favorite part- huge heated pool and jacuzzi and indoor sauna. Also, great location to the mountain. Super fast drive to the cabriolet or the mountain. Just far enough that you wouldn't want to walk in skiis but still a great location.

They would go from surfing in Hawaii and California where they called home to enjoying the greatest snow on earth snowboarding and skiing in Park City. John now calls Park City his full time home and added this great rental property for friends and family to come enjoy Park City as much as they do.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of it's great proximity to the Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Main Street. It's a short walk to the cabriolet or the Waldorf private ski lift and the Park City free bus stop is just at the end of the street or affordably and quickly use UBER or LYFT. Within the Red Pine Development it's important to have a unit tucked away from the parking lot, we love this spot!
